This place is wonderful, we go at least once a month. Tons of vegetarian options, lots of gluten free options, the Mango Lassi is very good. Portions are enough for two meals. When they're busy you can often still get a place at the bar. Highly recommend, one of our favorites in Roanoke for sure.

This place is great! They have a couple of gluten-free pastry options, some delicious breakfast and lunch items, and a bunch of fun drink options. Drinks include coffee, lattes and smoothies; check out the menu pics for details. Atmosphere is chill, well lit and has nice natural light coming in the big front windows. Service was exceptional, friendly, helpful and quick. We're in town visiting friends and we'll definitely be back to One Love.

8/23 Updating because Cheddars has very few allergy friendly options (gluten free, dairy free). I found one meat item I can eat. The food is great and I used to love everything I ordered. It's a down-home eatery, and lots of dairy and butter are used. Wish I could eat it, but now I can not. I hate this food allergy plague☹️ Original: It is one of the best reasonably priced restaurants around.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this restaurant. As soon as I walked in the atmosphere was so inviting! The location was clean, I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and I was just absolutely amazed. The wine selection was plentiful, and it was even, cool to be able to experience wine through the slushy that they have. I must say that the food was absolutely amazing. I got the spinach and artichoke pizza with the gluten-free sweet potato crust. You could not even tell that it was gluten-free everything just went together so well! I ordered the salmon and with my first bite, it just melted in my mouth! It was some kind of honey, glazed salmon, with the rice and asparagus, and it was so good! In fact, I was in town visiting, and on my way out. I came back by that Tuesday during lunchtime not realizing the menus were different. Needless to say, I was unable to get the salmon again like I want, but I would absolutely recommend this location hands-down! Thank you for the amazing service.

Ordered the Hatch sandwich, lunch portion of chicken and waffles, and the bacon ranch chicken sandwich, all were delicious! Our server, Ashley kept our drinks filled and was constantly checking on us, so sweet while waiting on us. The atmosphere was casual and relaxing, seats were comfortable! My biggest 5 star mention is the Hatch sandwich. The Pimento cheese and flavors come together so well, had a gluten free bun, so delicious! I'll be back to reorder that sandwich specifically 😋

Great little restaurant in a fun district in Downtown Roanoke. We were there for a soccer tournament and they accommodated us on a Saturday night. Forty of us dined. My girls loved the gluten free pizza. The blackened meatloaf was a surprise and tasty. Wife did not care for the turkey burger. Lots of great craft beers on tap, and if you need more, a brewery is at the end of the building!
