Amanda is the best server! I enjoy seeing her smiling face whenever I come in. She is always prompt, kind, and helpful. Ask for her when you go! The food is also excellent and I am grateful that I can find lots of good options that are gluten free!
I’m gluten free so I was pleased with all the options. Prices were excellent, compared to other steak places. Only gave it 4 stars because my steak was overcooked and a steak place should know how to cook a steak
Probably the best breakfast sammie I’ve ever had. Fresh cracked eggs and thick bacon with a yummy lemon mayo. It was on the expensive side, but what isn’t anymore? With gluten intolerance’s on the rise, I’m grateful more and more shops are offering options for people with issues. I originally went to the Boardroom for coffee but was met with not the greatest service and zero options for a bite to eat. Glad I went down the street to Cheyenne cup. Thank you!!
I started lunch with the Tomato Bisque soup, and was advised that it was gluten free (it was). The soup was wonderful and I’d actually go back just for this, it had a great depth of tomato flavor, rich and creamy. My lunch partner had the French Onion soup and she loved it from the cheesy top, floating crouton and lots of onions. We both had the Spicy Ground Beef salad. It was just about the right servicing size with a very flavorful base of coconut rice topped with cucumbers, carrots, sliced peppers and spice ground beef along with fresh spinach topped with a spicy mayo dressing. I thought the ground beef was a bit too salty, at least for my taste. The menu has evolved nicely as the first couple times I ate here it wasn’t the best. The waitress did a great job of making sure our water was topped off along with my coffee.
ERIC IS THE RUDEST WAITER I HAVE EVER HAD. We had some basic questions (do you have salad? Do you have gluten free bread) and he was so upset at us for asking questions. When he refilled our drinks he literally ripped them off the table in irritation and then flung them back at us. He treated us like garbage.
Fanstastic place to eat. We went for my father’s birthday. Not only did they make him feel special they had some of the most delicious “gluten free” items. We all have food allergies and they just made the evening so much fun and special. I told our server they were now my “birthday” restaurant. Steak is the best in town and my dad loved his ribs.
When visiting Cheyenne, stop by Paramount for coffee & breakfast or a snack, & enjoy the whimsical patio with astounding murals surrounding. The Chai & Butter Beer were heavenly. I had a gluten free, vegetarian breakfast bowl scramble that hit the spot! Supporting local unique businesses like this one is paramount! (Located in an old theatre building.)
