I don't usually write reviews, but the very sweet staff had asked me to share my experience at Betty's Burgers. Last night was my first time going there with my family and it was amazing. The food did take around 15 minutes, but they seemed extremely busy. I had the vegetarian burger with trufffle fries and it was so good! The staff were so friendly and helpful, my mom has a celiac allergy and they were very accommodating. I would definetely say this diner is allergy friendly and will definetely come back again before we go home.

Arrived to find only free tables were covered with food containers and glasses from previous customers. Eventually had to ask for table to be cleaned. Gluten free buns had run out. Then food ordered at counter did not arrive. Was told they recorded wrong table number. Was told a fresh order would be made, but eventually arrived mostly cold. Drink fridge was not cold.

Found this on the app as we were in the city for a hospital visit. Had some good reviews- got the plain chips, popcorn chicken, fried chicken thighs, the honey loaded fries, and the popper loaded fries. Most likely there was a risk of cross contamination as it is a small kitchen with a lot of the kitchen staff handling the food in preparation and putting the orders together. A bit of a production line so most likely miscommunication. As I have been a little bit unwell over the past few days after eating it. However, the popcorn chicken was amazing. I donāt think that was the cause it couldāve been something else like the loaded fries with the sauced or something. I think I will try again just to check if the upset tummy and cramping is caused by the food we had and maybe be a bit more clearer when ordering that we are coeliac/ gluten free and canāt have any cross contamination. Thatās why also we didnāt go with a burger because of the buns and stuff.
