Loved my experience here the staff were super kind and helpful, I rang beforehand and was made to feel super welcome and when I arrived I was told all the safety measures put in place such as a seperate gf fryer and working area. I had the fried chicken burger it was okay, the bread tasted a bit sconish and the chicken was a little underseasoned but the Kumara fries were insanely good! Would love to try one of the other burgers :)
Great place to get a burger for a coeliac, though only if you go on a day the buns are fresh! I went twice, and the first time my gf bun was really nice, but the second time it completely broke apart within the first two bites, making it too hard to eat without a knife and fork. These are things we deal with as gluten free people anyway, so it wasn’t surprising, but a little disappointing after such a good bun the time before. Otherwise the burgers were great, the chicken nuggets were really nicely cooked, and the chips were yum too!
Overpriced for small portions served with a side of attitude for free; rushed to order and felt unwelcoming and like we’d done something wrong before even speaking. Also says gluten free can be accommodated on a sign outside but when asked, we were told no (no further context or explanation) and felt like we couldn’t ask anything else.
I made two seperate orders with my partner (they didn’t know we would pick up together) and he was given my gluten free burger, i received a regular burger and it was very lucky I didn’t eat it as I am celiac and get bad symptoms when eating gluten. This is quite a big mistake and they need to be more careful when it comes to allergies, I also paid more for it to be gluten free but that was the least of my concerns.
Thank you for a delicious dinner. We are appreciative of your knowledge and care with gluten free food, and the meal was amazing. The best meal we had in Tekapo!
Staff are friendly and fast. The order kiosk is a great idea, maybe add another for when they're busy.
Burgers were good, my wife is celiac so had the gluten free option, her only complaint was that the buns should have been toasted, her preference though.
Apart from that, a good experience all round.

The multiple times we have been to re burger Rolleston with or without the kids it's been fantastic service especially with our celiac child she loves re burger and loves theirs gluten free options for her very accommodating and friendly staff
Always love grabbing a burger from here—especially because they offer great gluten-free options!
Today I went with the Ford Freakout (gluten-free) for takeout, and it didn’t disappoint. It came neatly packed in a cleverly designed box with a tear-off tab that reveals their signature doofer—a handy little tool that keeps everything together so you can enjoy your burger without the mess.
The store also has plenty of seating, both indoors and outside, which is perfect if you want to dine in. Highly recommend for burger lovers, especially if you’re gluten-free!
Went for lunch. When we arrived only one table occupied, but three that needed clearing. Staff chatting in the corner basically ignored us. No indication of whether it was table service or order at counter. Ordered gluten free meal. It seemed okay, but later I had all the symptoms of having been glutened. Probably cross contamination due to poor food handling practices. We won’t be back.
Always good, love the blue burger and the American and also the classic cheese. Gluten free tenders now available which are just as delicious. If you are GF watch out as the cola has gluten.
