I got a burger with chile strips, sauteed mushrooms and onions on a gluten free bun and it was very good. First time I bit into a burger on a soft bun in a LONG time! Our server has an aunt who has celiac and he understood the importance of a GF protocol. Everything my friends had they really liked too. Safe gluten free option.
