Three couples visiting from Toronto thought we’d have a nice dinner at Hard Rock Cafe. My wife has dietary issues but they have a gluten-free menu so everything should be OK not. She asked for a lettuce burger and a salad. They came with a cheeseburger patty with one breaded onion ring. After waiting so long because the service was so slow, we decided to cancel the order. It’s a nice place with a atmosphere in the middle of all the action but if you’re looking for a decent deal, it’s not the place to be.

I have been coming here for years and I have to say that this will be my last time. We brought the whole family and several friends. My daughter’s steak was raw, I eat rare meat all the time and I couldnt eat this. My wedge steak salad came with the steak as cold as the salad. I couldnt eat it. They confused several orders. We had one person in our party who had a gluten allergy, despite asking for gluten free options the waiter never mentioned that they had a Gluten free menu, really? The experience was uncharacteristic, but it was so bad I wont be coming back.

This is the worst food experience at the airport I’ve ever had. I have celiac disease and a lot of autoimmunity and digestive issues. Today I was at the airport with my 4 year old daughter and husband hopping for a good vacation. Our flight was delayed by 4 hours and I was getting hungry. In the menu I found a grilled chicken salad that I was able to eat relatively safe. I purchase it in the box to avoid cross contamination. Exhausted I sat in the corner stool in their empty cafe. Waitress immediately approached us and told us we can’t be there because it’s dine in. There was a sign “seat yourself” and she said it’s for dine it only. We said that there are no options for my allergy and we purchased food from them, can we stay for 5 minutes and finish salad ? She literally told us with angry face that we should leave. And she repeated “you must leave and can’t take our chair”. I had to throw away in a garbage this salad and drink I purchased from them . I’ll be filing complaint with their headquarters since it’s unethical and purely illegal to treat people with disabilities this way. I would understand if the place would be filled with people and I would take somebody’s else place. Curly red hair waitress in the glasses - shame on you

The lady, who often works there, doesn't understand English well. I, as a Spanish speaker, placed my order with her on 10/8/2022. I asked for a single pattie, bun less burger because my daughter has celiac disease. Well, the pattie was placed in a potato bun! That would have had a severe allergic reaction and I would have ended up in the urgent care next door. Additionally, my wife is allergic to gluten. They put the pattie on a regular bun and that causes cross contamination. Another issue! Does this store know what severe reaction to allergies can cause? Even death in some cases! Does the manager know? The employees are incompetent. With no regard for any consequences of what they are doing for the customers. Stay away from the store on 137 Avenue and 152 Street. That's unless you want to end up in the hospital or worse.

Open Small Eatery that has table and booth seating. They cooked a burger for my gluten allergy grandma. Helped us with directions to local attractions. They give you popcorn while you wait.

Came by here today with my son The service was great. The young lady at the counter was very nice and attentive. She was patient with my 3 year old and with what he wanted to eat We ordered a burger. And a side beef patty for my son. The food was delicious and fresh. The truffle fries were fireeeeee. We will definitely be coming by here again. The ambiance was very relaxing , and chill. I love the fact that they attend you with as many sauces as you like. They're not stingy. We got like 5 sauces. Loved them all. I highly recommend coming here. These burgers were juicy. Stopped in here after an exhausting and infuriating day at the nearby IKEA. Glad we did. Although the service moved in starts and fits (“fortunately,” IKEA over-prepared us for that reality) the place was clean and parking wasn’t too bad. The food, however, made up for just about everything. I had a medium rare burger and was pleasantly surprised at how accurate the temperature was. It seems like every other ‘gourmet’ burger shop around can’t seem to take a burger off a grill until it is thoroughly grey and gasping its last moo for mercy. Not here. My compliments to the chef on that sole aspect alone. That being said, the burger was damn tasty, sauces were excellent, and the fries were, well, they were fries. We also enjoyed a Nicaraguan cheese appetizer that was salty and delicious. My wife enjoyed a large salad with a tasty veggie burger, so there’s options here for vegetarians and those with gluten issues. If you’re in greater Miami, I would recommend this burger joint. IKEA, not so much.

Stopped by today, September 29th and I received the best treatment. They were very knowledgeable of providing a delicious gluten-free vegan burger. (Salad instead of bun). The cookies, iced tea and vegan gf corn dogs were incredible. Do yourself a favor and visir Coney Burger for a yummy meal!

I have a gluten allergy, Jess made sure my burger and everything in it was made in a separate pan! Service was awesome, food was great, would have loved to try the fries but they're not gluten free because of the oil it's fried in. But I did try the smoked Mac and cheese 9/10 and I'm a big fan of mac!! Will be back!!

I went here as this is near Dolphin Mall but without the madness. So I went here for some food. I ordered my usual, the ceo with bacon, egg on a gluten-free bun. I ordered without the aioli as it's not gluten safe. I ordered hotdogs without the bun. Overall good. The burgers are pretty good
