I used to love this restaurant. I am celiac and the selection of food I could actually eat was great. On my last visit with my family the food was absolutely atrocious. The meal started out okay, crispy dills and calamari were both good. It was all downhill from there: My children had gluten free Mac and cheese which I remember being awesome - it was undercooked and the pasta texture horrible, not very cheesy and completely lacking salt/any flavour. Their fries were somehow overcooked and undercooked at the same time. My husband and I ordered the Nashville chicken. Both of our orders were burnt. Absolutely black on the bottom and each piece seemed deliberately placed to hide the black parts. But that couldn’t hide the burnt taste even on the other, only overcooked, parts. We sent our food back. Our kids somehow ate some of theirs anyway so we paid for that and did give feedback after the fact. Our server was good, not her fault at all. Atmosphere wise, the chairs on the patio are really uncomfortable and the cushions are getting old and worn and don’t really pad the seats anymore. I’m not sure if it was a really off night or if this place is going right downhill. Either way we won’t be back.

This is has been our favourite breakfast spot in Niagara for the last few years. We are from Toronto but visit Niagara multiple times through out the year…sometimes I think my kids just look forward to going to Niagara Falls just for the drive to eat at Scoops and not all the fun stuff to do in Niagara. They have amazing food and great gluten free options for my son who has celiac disease. It’s a family run business and all the staff is super nice and attentive. Just writing this review I’m already contemplating that we should go for a drive this weekend to get a delicious breakfast. Thanks for the great food, service and becoming our regular little family tradition.

Our first time at Mario's Kitchen and certainly won't be our last! The food was delicious, and I can't have gluten so it was so appreciated that they have a lot of options. All their pastas can be made gluten-free, pizzas, buns and more. As well, the service from the time we walked in the door until we left was amazing. And if you go, you must try the crème brûlée!

We'd spent 4 days in Niagara, staying centrally, searching for good value, tasty food without success (& getting ripped off for mediocre mulch). . until we found Moksha! Jasmine was really friendly and professional, with good knowledge of gluten free options. . And the food was excellent. Best meal we had in Niagara by a long chalk, and up to the standards of the CN tower restaurant. Would highly recommend. Also great value, 3 of us with drinks (including beer): mains, poppadoms, rice and nans and (discretionary) 20%tip, $80. Wish we'd found you sooner! Many thanks 🙏 N.B. It's difficult to understand some of the negative reviews based on our experience and perhaps makes one question their integrity / motive.
