Great place right by the lake, with good coffee. Looking forward to upstairs opening too.
Wasn't a fan of the range of gluten free options, until the lovely chef made me some GF French toast...and now I have that every time I'm there!

I was told the gluten-free banana cake is also dairy-free. I'm very sensitive to lactose and didn't have my pills for lactose intolerance with me. I would have been happy with just the lovely coffee, which I ordered with with lactose-free milk. Afterwards I got all my usual nasty lactose symptoms. I'd eaten nothing before that. So, either the banana cake wasn't dairy-free, or the milk in the coffee wasn't lactose-free. Dairy-free/lactose-free items shouldn't be made on machinery where normal milk is used. Otherwise, it's the perfect little cafe! 🙂
