If you are anywhere near the Octopus Garden you HAVE to stop and enjoy all of the delicious foods, made fresh each day (including fresh pastas), great coffee and teas, yummy desserts and gluten and dairy free goodies and entrees!!!
Went there a few times already and their iced lattes have always been great! They have all sorts of syrup from homemade to sugar free and also a gluten free option for pastries which are amazing! New favourite spot for sure!
Was sooo excited to go here because of all the gluten-free options.
Sadly it is not safe for anyone with celiac.
They offer a lot of options but use all the same grills and toaster for regular foods so it would be cross contamination city. The wonderful lady there warned me when I ordered and in the end there where no food options for me đ so we left. It happens.
But if you do not have food allergies please go eat there for me. They have a great selection of sandwiches, wraps and more and lots of baked goods and the coffee smelled divine.
Its got a great vibe, cool seating and just a very nice place, and the staff was really wonderful and I am so grateful for the honesty and knowledge about thier menu.
Very friendly! Lots great option for all different dietary options good prices (everything in my pic was $20) Lots of healthy options, and the cover a lot of dietary restrictions; gluten free, vegan, diary free and more
Very nice lady working there. Super accommodating with gluten and dairy free allergies. Had tomatoe soup that was outstanding and a salad with grilled chicken and a lovely dressing!
I really need to start taking pictures of the food I eat here, it's been amazing every time I've gone in.
I'm gluten-free / celiac and I have always felt safe eating here, there is a rotating menu so you're not stuck eating the same things all the time.
I always feel safe eating her and don't worry about cross-contamination. If you are someone who ENJOYS their food go here.
The atmosphere is perfect and sunny and the service is amazing, I try to go at least once a month.
I would crawl over hot coals for one for their gluten-free pop tarts! Since my daughter's friend moved to the city she struggles with being a university student and not veritable to get a treat with her friends because of raging celiac disease. She is thrilled to know about their gf salted caramel brownies!
We generally go with containers so treats can last all week. Nada and the crew are happy to refill your clean containers!
Milda's is a little hole in the wall pizza place located in the basement of the Arts Centre. It is a little hard to find, but the food is good so it is worth the effort. Cash or debit only so be prepared for that. Pizza is tasty with interesting flavors you won't see at the typical chains. I liked the 3 little pigs pizza, but they have other tasty options too. Food quality is overall pretty good but some items, like the tomato sauce, could have used more seasoning to really stand out. They have salads and a selection of baked goods, with gluten free options.
That sounds like a fantastic place! It's always great to find spots that cater to dietary restrictions with friendly service. Same options gluten and lactose free. The girls are neighborly
If you like Starbucks this place is better. The service is great, thr people are great and the seasonal drink options are always a hit.
They also have lots of gluten free snacks which i appreciate.
It feels a little out of the way, but trust me its worth it.
Such lovely staff! And delicious coffee. I got a decaf and it tastes like a dark roast btw. They offer a few gluten-free bakery goodies (They call them "wheat-free") And a vegan cookie or two? CHEERS!
Iâve been meaning to leave a review forever, but this is my favorite spot to go in Moncton. I love the atmosphere. The people who work there are always so kind and didnât even remember my order. All the food is delicious so far and they have lots of gluten-free options. The chai latte tea and the lemon ginger tea with real ginger in it are my two absolute favorites. For food I like pretty much all of their sandwiches and their California roll is so good and their poke bowl is delicious and you canât go wrong with the soups.
This review is specific to my needs, and will likely only apply to other folks who are gluten intolerant. On my visit, staff were great to deal with, so I appreciate the staff engagement. My issue was- I am gluten intolerant, and the Coffee Mill has virtually ZERO gluten free options. This surprised me, I can always find SOMETHING wherever I go, I am not a fussy eater... but my only choices at the Coffee Mill were a slice of gluten free bread, or some bacon. For the first time ever, I left a restaurant without eating because they had ZERO suitable options. If you (or someone in your party) is GF, you might want to give the Coffee Mill a pass.
Brilliant little spot that fits all day long. Easy to access, extremely friendly, helpful staff and even gluten free offerings in pastry. Great supplies of local microbrewery offerings and perfect for solo or small intimate gatherings. Local jazz on Wednesday and Thursday evening. Well worth a visit.
Such a cozy lil cafe. Didn't test the food but great options for gluten free n vegan. Some gifts, books, and cozy couch area in back. Spent $60 on some gift items, and really great coffee
I have been going here ever since I saw them at the market. They're super friendly and make wonderful desserts. I have tried basically all their cakes over the years and they are my favorite desserts for sure! You just can't go wrong and you will leave very satisfied after trying it out.
They make custom to order cakes and have gluten free options.
P.S. getting a variety of slices of cakes makes for a wonderful family treat! âșïž
The food is absolutely delicious and healthy!!!! My husband who dislikes healthy food loved the parmesan chicken wrap with spinach. I loved the tomato and squash soup and they gluten free carrot cake was delicious!!
Our favorite go to spot when visiting our home on the Island.
My daughter is gluten free and she is able to easily find something that she enjoys. The GF roll on her burger was amazing.
My daughter and I stumbled across this coffee shop yesterday and we were thoroughly impressed! It's tucked away in downtown Moncton near the gunningsville Bridge. They have a unique decor and boardgames if you want to stay longer. We ordered a double espresso, brownie, Cove drink and loved it all.
Their double espresso was 10/10 and their cookie and brownie were amazing. They also have a great variety of gluten free options.
Another big bonus was they offered my daughter a glass of milk because of course she wouldn't be having any coffee. We will be back! Thank you.
