What a joy to have entered this beautiful bakery and pastry shop.
Having been gluten intolerant for eight years, I was able to indulge in both savory and sweet dishes.
A big thank you!
There should be more of these in France!
I found this small vegan and gluten free cafe whilst looking for a place to eat. I was amazed at the variety of items they had. Great staff. The place is super small and gets very crowded so go early.
We are not allowed to eat gluten because of celiac disease... the staff is very accommodating, all ice cream flavors and macarons are gluten-free.
A brand new spoon was also used specifically to avoid contamination.

Found this wonderful restaurant whilst searching a gluten free app. Set in the heart of fabulous Troyes which is abundant with medieval buildings, culture and atmosphere.
Lovely greeting, drinks ordered, then what we’d come for - the gf galettes! Ham, mushroom & cheese for Linda then a salmon one for me & a side of ecrasé pomme de terre.
Food came quickly and we were stuffed when finished!
Highly recommended.
Superb, hearty lunch with quality service. A very pleasant team and a friendly place! There's something for everyone, from gluten-free to vegetarian, vegan, and lactose-intolerant. 5/5🤗
Great staff, Great Coffee (with Oat and Coconut milk alternatives), and lovelly cakes and bowls with gluten-free options.
4 of us travelling from Melbourne Australia, which has a very strong coffee culture, and this is the best coffee we have had in France.
We discovered this bakery since our arrival in the area.
The bread and pastries are excellent. The cakes are very good and we have never been disappointed.
For the cheese tart, it is just EXCELLENT, and this is also the opinion of the people who have tasted it.
The service and welcome are always excellent, no matter the time.
Gluten-free (bread and pastries) are also a success.
Special mention to Ugo who welcomes us very early in the morning with a big smile and always ready to serve us.
Well done and thank you!
Excellent brunch served at the table with quality products and cooked as they should be. The service is perfectly exemplary and our hosts even ran to their gluten-free bread supplier to serve some to my wife. The staff is ADORABLE and accommodates various intolerances or allergies.
The atmosphere is very warm, at the crossroads of an assembly refuge with mainly wooden decor and a student residence dining room.
For 25€ per adult, we are at the level of the very good Parisian "bobos" brunch (I assume I am one) which cost much more and for 10€ for a child under 10 years old, it's a steal !
I highly recommend.
Very friendly bistro and bookstore. Good with kids. Carefully prepared yummy food. Vegan and gluten free options. Very good cake and a variety of coffee specialties.
Great brunch, quality and gargantuan. As always, with organic products, gluten-free, lactose-free. A little cabin for children. In short, it suits everyone 😃
We were very well received at NoMad for our Afterwork. There were 12 of us and we had a beautiful table on the terrace under the pergola.
The service was fast and quality.
The sharing boards are really well stocked and the bread was good, we even had gluten-free ones for one person in our group who is intolerant.
The musical atmosphere was nice.
Amazing ! This coffee shop is exactly the kind of place that makes you feel at home. 🍁🫶🏻
Passing through Strasbourg for the Christmas market, we went there both mornings of our stay, and it was a real pleasure. The coffee is exceptional: real quality coffee, without any bitterness, with a rich and pronounced taste. ☕️ The pastries are just as successful, with a choice that really pleases. We particularly recommend the croissant and the carrot cake. 🥐🍰
I noticed afterwards that they had gluten free options outside. I don't know if the carrot cake or the croissant were part of it, but if they were, well done!👏🏻
Too good, super well received, accommodating despite the allergies at our table (perfect place if you are gluten-free, you can eat almost everything!) In short, we had a great time and we can't wait to come back. THANKS !
A very pretty and pleasant setting.
Very fine, well presented, quality products...
What more can I say, the price is there, certainly 38 euros per person, but it is well worth the price. Everything is in unlimited quantity.
They don't just have classic coffee, but various varieties of coffee, chocolate and tea.
Being gluten intolerant, this posed no difficulty. Avocado toast without gluten and bread being present.
As well as a very good gluten-free banana bread.
The staff is very cheerful and pleasant.
A lovely moment, thank you.
Excellent place and excellent food. It was my first, but not the last time at this restaurant. Friendly atmosphere and especially the choice of gluten-free dishes. Today I came across the completely gluten-free menu, but apparently there is always at least one choice of the gluten-free dish. Best salads to accompany dishes... And cheesecake.... Gluten-free with great happiness! All this at a very responsible price.
Thank you and see you soon!
The environment is very nice, the food is decent but the service is terrible. We ordered a salad without croutons, specifying that my mother is very allergic to gluten, and they brought us a salad with croutons. My sailor waited 45 minutes to get a new salad. And the bill contained an error.
We were looking for a place to have a coffee and a sweet treat after our traditional oyster tasting at Les Halles, and we opened the door of this establishment. Welcomed by the gentleman and delighted by the lady, we enjoyed the pancakes and the gluten-free citrus cake (no intolerance, but why not!)...everything is delicious, the place, the hosts and their dishes. After this short overview, there is no doubt that we will come back for brunch during our next visit to Troyes. I hope the oysters will forgive us for this infidelity....
We were heading to the airport and stopped there. We asked for something gluten free for my celiac son. They didn’t speak English but they made every effort to understand us and communicate. I speak a bit of French. They were SO friendly. It’s been hard to find places in Alsace where my son could eat. And here they made every effort so that he could have something to eat gluten free. Really recommend this family owned business.
No baguettes, but one of the best, if not the best, bread in town, marvelously prepared, richly flavored, and of all kinds (e.g., petit épeautre with the lowest rate of gluten). Awesome bakery.
Very beautiful, typically Alsatian hotel
A spacious room, very clean and very well decorated with great taste.
Top-notch catering with the added bonus of listening to the customer and adapting to special requests (gluten-free, lactose-free, etc.)
We had a great stay
We will come back and I recommend this establishment
