Best restaurant in Canazei. High quality food, good service and reasonable prices. We had cheese and ham starters, pasta, beef, fish. All very good. Also with a lot of gluten-free alternatives.
Also gluten-free
Restaurant with a wide range of dishes, many also available in gluten-free versions. The staff is friendly, the guys are very nice and helpful. In my opinion it is a bit pricey considering that it is practically inside the campsite, however we had a good time
A very special café
The Pyramid Café and the cake "artist," Ms. Tschurtschenthaler, are an experience. Many homemade cakes and tarts, most of them gluten-free. To make choosing easier, you can order a plate with three half slices. The quality is really good. We liked the mole cake (with banana) best, but the lemon tart was also extremely good.
It's fun when Ms. Tschurtschenthaler presents her products in her inimitable way. She has written three truly original baking books with her recipes and anecdotes from the village of Oberwielenbach. Be sure to check them out. We bought a copy.
We felt truly at home on the terrace with wonderful summer weather, friendly service, a cheerful manager, and delicious cake!
I'll make a little premise, I don't usually leave negative reviews because they don't deserve my time but for this time I'll make an exception.
This morning I went to this "bar" for breakfast and being gluten intolerant I kindly asked the waiter if there were brioches or gluten-free products that were NOT packaged.... I'll report his response: "AHAHAHAHAH this is nice."
Being celiac believe me I'm used to adapting to any situation but I've never been mocked with such rudeness.
Terrible.

All pizzas are also gluten-free!!!! 👍
Unfortunately, we didn't test it because we read about it too late - it's still on our to-do list. Great homemade ice cream.
E-bike charging station.
From the outside it's an inconspicuous restaurant - BUT excellent pizza with good, fresh ingredients. Friendly team and cozy atmosphere inside. We were there two weeks ago and can only recommend the pizzeria! Note for gluten allergy sufferers: of course there is also gluten-free pizza there.
We ordered a normal pizza (good) and a gluten-free one (very good!), attention is paid to contamination in fact it is served on a separate pan. Very kind and helpful staff, only flaw is the volume of the music a little too high inside..but highly recommended for those who want gluten-free pizza (and not) in Ortisei!!
Fortunately a little attention. As usual reviews for those with celiac disease problems. While walking around Trento during Christmas we came across this informal, youthful place where, unlike many others, there is an activity that pays attention, which is NOT IMPOSSIBLE, for those who have a difficulty.
Online menu gluten-free sandwiches and burgers, separate fryer and no colic. All in a not huge space. Simple but tasty preparations, fast service. Very recommended
We reached this refuge on the first of the year and it was the best start to the year ever, 7 km of walking awaited us completely immersed in nature and with the snow as a backdrop, a fairytale scenario. It can be reached in 1 hour and 30 minutes of fairly easy walking. The view that awaits you at the end of the path is breathtaking, the refuge is characteristic of Trentino, all strictly made of wood. They offer a variety of typical dishes with also gluten-free options. Then with a sum of 3 euros you can rent sleds and go back down to the valley between a laugh and a racing competition in the snow.
Discovered by chance, but I will definitely return. A lot of attention from the staff for the aperitifs, and also gluten-free appetizers for intolerant or celiac people like me. Really friendly staff.

I stopped here for lunch and ate at the self-service restaurant. Very large refuge with many covered places. Equally large bar area.
The quality of the self-service is good in my opinion, with several gluten-free dishes that you can choose from the extensive menu.
Helpful and kind staff.
The bill is a little steep but then again we are in Alta Badia.
The only flaw is the long queue which could be eliminated by putting a few more people behind the counter.
You don't need to book because there are plenty of places.

Large, creative pizza menu with very high quality ingredients! Particularly great: also gluten-free pizza. The best I've had so far. Huge compliment and 100% recommendation! The owners and employees are super friendly!

Cute little café.
We ate a small gluten-free cake there, which was very tasty, not too sweet 😋 It's worth mentioning that the gluten-free cake was covered separately at the counter next to the other cakes.
The two espressos were also delicious.
I would especially like to emphasize the kitchen team's tremendous efforts to provide gluten-free meals (I have celiac disease). Throughout my entire week of vacation, whenever necessary, highly creative and delicious gluten-free alternatives were devised, homemade, and served for the five-course dinner menus: from gluten-free quiche and gluten-free Maultaschen to minestrone with gluten-free pasta. A heartfelt thank you from Vorarlberg.
My husband and I went in by chance and got great food and service. I am gluten-free and was given a gluten-free pizza, which we shared. My husband was so impressed and hungry he ordered another. We came back today, and he had a local pizza and I had the gluten free one.
Great pizzeria with a cozy atmosphere! Lovingly run, very friendly service, and the pizzas are excellent.
The dining room and restrooms are very clean and well-maintained.
The best part: They offer gluten-free pizzas (not pre-made crusts, but homemade! 😋👌🏻) and gluten-free pasta!
We'll definitely be back soon!
PS: Due to hunger, this photo could only be taken after a considerable amount of pizza (vegetable pizza with Gorgonzola). Please forgive me 🤭

I went to this place practically all my afternoons during my week's holiday in Corvara.
We had both a snack and an aperitif and I must say that everything was perfect.
The staff is really very friendly and kind, available for any request and very prepared.
The menu is vast, especially for the choice of teas and infusions (the mango one is highly recommended).
Most positive note of all: great attention to gluten-free (which is not at all a given).
I managed to eat some fantastic toast and one afternoon I also tried some delicious gluten-free chocolate muffins.
A highly approved venue.
Special thanks to the two girls who served us, they were really nice (I forgot to ask their names :)
We will definitely be back next year!

Cinzia Longano
In this ice cream shop that we often visit even though we live far away, we always find excellent quality ice cream. We know the passion that the owner dedicates to the production of this genuine, natural product which is also vegan and gluten free for different needs. Space inside with air conditioning and seating and in the garden outside tables and chairs also in the shade. Today we find a new flavor of his invention that offers the WOWW taste with an intriguing and substantial taste. The cost of a good ice cream is never exaggerated and Fiocco di neve proves it.
A nice cafe, in a pedestrian area, but without even a gluten free option for breakfast! Everywhere now there are packaged alternatives. In a tourist location like Ortisei it's incredible!
