There are many gluten-free dishes, or which can be made gluten-free upon request. They have (if I understood correctly, a dedicated fryer/oven for the fries) and we sat there comfortably and very quietly (In the photo, the curry is prepared gluten-free and the salad would have been gluten-free.)

My partner and I ordered the exact same pancake, only mine was gluten-free due to celiac disease. When serving, the employee clearly hesitated, despite me saying something about it. In the end, I got the gluten-full version, because I got really sick, something that only happens to me after consuming gluten. Very disappointing and worrying. Top tip: consider marking gluten-free pancakes in the kitchen with a flag or skewer with "gluten-free", like other restaurants do. That prevents confusion and makes it safer for people with celiac disease.

Very friendly staff. Had a high tea today with 9 people. Very extensive and also gluten-free, lots of choice. Everything was fresh and the chef brought everything to the table himself. She explained everything and also had a nice sense of humor. Owner is also very friendly and really cares about his business, the guests and the staff. A number of people had been before and were already fans. It was the first time for me. And certainly not the last!

Great restaurant! Deliciously versatile vegan food, tasty cakes, smoothies, lemonades and coffee. If necessary, you can also eat gluten-free, nut-free and/or soy-free! Super nice owner and friendly staff. Nice and attractively decorated with many plants.

Good. Not so big portion, but good taste. Like this one BnB. They have gluten free products, and they are nice taste as well. Service is good. I recommend bagels with humus. Toalet can be a bit cleaner. They can clean a bit better inside too. I got that impression at Bagels and Beans always.

Edit: I have to add a star, because the cake was really delicious. It's great that there were lactose and gluten-free options. Thanks for the delicious cake. "The cake is made in the morning and can be picked up at 4pm in the afternoon." but now I'm sitting here at 4:30 PM and still no cake ready, while the parking meter continues to count quietly. It's a shame that everything isn't in order when you come in.

Delicious lunch in this restaurant! Definitely recommended! Excellent coffee, delicious salad, pleasant service and nicely decorated place. There is a terrace outside where we had a tasty lunch. We will definitely do it again. And one more thing: there are certainly options for gluten-free wishes. Good service therefore.

I was here for the first time today with a friend. She is forced to eat gluten-free and was able to enjoy a grilled cheese sandwich (trainwreck) with delicious gluten-free bread. My avocado BLT was also great and we even got to taste the new saffron ice cream (recommended by the way) from, I think, the owner. Very hospitable! Smoothies and coffee also great. I'll definitely be back.

If you mention gluten and lactose free, make sure that everyone is aware of this. And if you order something with 7 people, but write it down for only 6 people, you should notice that yourself. If they then come to ask several times if everything is okay and have to indicate several times that after 10 minutes we are still waiting for the 7th person's order, then the service is really clumsy. When everyone finally had food, it was tasty.....and.... a nice atmosphere!!

Very attractive and beautifully decorated restaurant in the center of Winterswijk. Service was very friendly and gluten-free food was well catered for here. Spare ribs were very tasty, only the fries could have been a little crispier. Prices are fine here.

Mango and strawberry flavor definitely recommended. There are signs next to the ice cream with the allergens. They even have gluten-free cones and they also serve gluten-free ice cream. Absolutely great

This cafe is closed and reopened as Cafe Hop & Heivuur. It had some rough times but with the new start and new owners that started a few weeks ago it's been a great experience. They're always kind, they're knowledgable, they have great customer service, delcious food, a big variety of drinks, some glutenfree options, a nice terras. All around a great cafe!

Ordered chocolate milk with my daughter on this cold, wet winter day. It was delicious and we enjoyed our moment together. I chose Bagels and Beans because they are known for a good gluten-free protocol. Apparently not this location. When ordering, I indicated that I have celiac disease and therefore extra care must be taken when preparing drinks or food. The waiter didn't know anything about gluten-free and asked further. With this (and due to positive experiences from other B&Beans locations), I assumed that everything would be fine and I did not ask for anything in return. Unfortunately, after drinking chocolate milk I got a nasty stomach ache. It's a shame that there is still so little attention to caution in food allergies.

I went here for dinner with my family. It is highly recommended. My partner and child thought the food was delicious and I eat gluten-free myself and that was no problem at all. They all have fun games and books ready for entertainment. Nice while waiting for the food to be served. Can absolutely recommend eating here. We have been a few times now.

What a nice place. It seems like it's in the middle of nowhere, but that's not so bad. With perhaps the most distinctive menu in the area, a chef who can cook and the fact that they also know what is and is not possible for people with celiac disease (gluten intolerance), this restaurant is definitely worth a visit if you are on holiday in the area.

A nice place where I regularly go for lunch or to study. The atmosphere is always good and the staff is friendly. I have a gluten intolerance and am very sensitive to gluten. The staff is helpful and thinks about gluten-free options, and there is also gluten-free bread. I have never had any complaints after eating!
