American tourist here. NZ has been so gluten free friendly it’s been wild. Never imagined ordered GF French toast haha. I wasn’t even hungry but wanted to support this 100% gluten free store.
Absolutely delicious. Many gluten free options, I went with the grain salad that the barista recommended and it was absolutely delicious. Coffee is from a local roaster. It would for sure be a regular spot if I lived close!
Great afternoon view over the bay, I had a gluten free fish and chips which were cooked in a separate fryer which is fantastic as a coeliac.
Fish batter was light and crunchy and shoestring chips were great. Very relaxing spot.
Thank you
Great food and coffee! One of the best coffees I had while travelling in New Zealand. Lots of gluten and dairy free options! Everything looked amazing.
I had the nachos, they are offered gluten free and provided perfectly. The food was incredible and eating on the patio on a beautiful day makes it so much more enjoyable. Thank you!
A really nice cafe. Food is very tasty and they have healthy options, and also gluten free options. The coffee was really good too. It is very central and the staff were super friendly and quick. Highly recommend.
Good menu including a good range of gluten free options and at a good price.
Staff particularly attentive to dietary requirements friendly and helpful.
Wow! Go see Lily ! The gorgeous lady who greets you with a smile. Nothing is a problem. She is service exemplified. Kind and caring and the food here is next level. They do a seeded bread with no gluten and is so yummy. Worth a visit ♥️♥️

Love the updated decor!
Coffee we had could have been a bit smoother - a little acidic. Food is delicious however. Enjoyed the game machines.
*if you could add some gluten free substitites to your menu that would be incredible! I can think of some of people I'd love to bring here.
Very close to town and I enjoy the atmosphere. Will visit again soon (:
Nice I had gluten free fish cake with pumpkin topping came with good sized salad. Nice coffee. service took a while but think only one person serving and delivering food as it was quiet.
Delicious potato rosti topped with smoked salmon, dukkah and salad. Cozy, great music, delicious coffee and a fantastic view! Many gluten free options :)

The go-to shop for workplace morning teas, custard danishes and also for birthday cakes that are safe to eat with dietary requirements like Coeliac Disease! Thanks
Just had a beautiful Falafel gluten free burger for lunch at the Taphouse with my family. All the meals were delicious but this burger was something else! 10 out of 10 for gourmet deliciousness. One of the best lunches ever. Big ups to the kitchen team .... sooooo good!!!!
Really nice place, lovely obliging staff, great Cafe, and unlike every other non-restaurant Cafe, doesn't shut at 3pm, thank goodness! Did a great gluten free baguette for my other half - it was delicious and reasonable by gf standards! 👍
My family loves your bagels - gluten free and vegan friendly options that are tasty as hell. My only hope is that you will consider adding a prepaid shelf for those customers who have placed an order online to easily collect for themselves. Love the text message notification when they’re ready but having to line up again defeats the purpose and seems unnecessary to your operation. Sometimes the line is long y’all!
This is a lovely little spot. Their coffees are delicious, and the staff are friendly.
I came here as the gluten-free scones were recommended to me. They are so good. We had some gf macarons the last time we were there.
Service from older lady was terrible. First we were told to not complicate the gluten free pizza to confuse the chef as he was under pressure. Even though we had specific diet requirements to avoid getting sick. So stuck with one pizza. Upon paying bill was asked how the pizza was. We advised it was “ok”. Then we were told it was because it was “gluten free” and they don’t make it. We were made to feel bad and unweclomed. (The base had nothing to do with it. Our flavour of pizza is what we order everywhere and make at home.) We ate half of it and brought a new one from Hells. Who were very accommodating for our diet needs. The Heineken was flat and not served correctly either. Not a nice experience for dining.
Great coffee with a commanding view. Friendly, helpful staff offerings variety of beverages and food. Anyone that caters for gluten free gets a big tick in my books. Recommend a visit.
A small but lovely cafe. It has all the essentials one needs to stay awhile and enjoy delicious High tea with loved ones. Coffee drinks are tasty with varied options to suit your preference. There are baked pastries, cakes and savouries such as pies that are baked daily so one would have to come back the next day to check what’s in the Display cabinet ready to be served.
Ambiance is great for catchups with friends and has ample seating to fit a group of 6 (maybe up to 8) if the cafe staff have been given prior notice.
Experienced Brunch with 6 people and High Tea the next day with the same number of people; breakfast/Brunch menu has a great selection of all day breakfast fare with an equally Menu of Lunch favorites that would suit one’s palate.
There are 2 designated parking spaces in front of the cafe but it is first come first served but there are other parking spaces nearby as the cafe is inside a Supermarket Complex (Woolsworth) in Mornington Area.
I suggest booking for the High Tea as you’d be surprised on what deliciousness will be served on the Tiers as it’s not set menu as it depends on what’s desserts are baked on that day.
Portion sizes for the meals are good for sharing unless very hungry. The menu displays which are Gluten free or can be adjusted to be Gluten free/vegetarian etcetc so can really cater to wide selection of customers.
I’ve become a patron of this cafe and will come again in the future.
