Fantastic dog friendly cafe in Laugharne. Lovely welcoming staff and the homemade gluten free orange and passion fruit was delicious.

First visit and was much impressed. Despite being busy there was plenty of space with 'back' cosy rooms available.
Staff were friendly and helpful and the food was lovely. My salmon and scrambled eggs was flavoursome and went down well. It was a bonus to find that they also had gluten free bread for me. My colleagues were also expressive of their meals.
The menu board we found a little strange, especially as it was located in the shop/bar area and we had to leave our room to go to view it. We took a photo of it and made our choices at the table ... quirky but not unduly inconvenient.
Prices, we thought, were very reasonable.
Personally, although booking tables is not required, if, as I do, you have to travel any distance I would make a call first just to check table availability. They can be very busy.
Traditional pub with gluten-free beer on draught and custom gluten-free dishes in a cozy riverside garden.

We had Sunday lunch at this lovely pub. Wow. As a gluten free sufferer it was wonderful to have a cauliflower cheese cooked just for me and gf gravy. The food was outstanding. We were going to have pudding but we were just too full. So pleased this isn't too far from us and we can enjoy this lovely pub regularly Dogs also welcome and they have an idyllic pub garden overlooking the river.

Best place I've found in Carmarthen for dining during the day, including gluten free and vegan diners. Amazing selection of wonderful teas that you can also purchase. Great service too. I can't recommend it enough!
