What a place. A warm welcome to a lovely space and lovely food. I am dairy and gluten free (and vegetarian) and it was so refreshing to talk to staff who were knowledgable and I was able to order and enjoy my lunch with confidence. I had soup which was delicious and my daughter had the meat and potato pie which she really enjoyed. Would highly recommend this cafe to anyone, with or without allergies/intolerances.

Lovely, hearty full English before heading home after a weekend in the Peaks. Super friendly staff even at 9am on a Monday morning! Breakfast potatoes were 🤌delicious. Decent coffee and good value for money! Comfortable seating, nice atmosphere and decked out in Halloween decorations. Impressed to see some gluten and dairy free options on the daytime menu too.

Cafe good, service is quick. A decent choice on the menu. Only issue I am gluten free due to coeliac allergy. They don't have any gluten free bread . Despite the petrol station about 40 steps from the kitchen selling Schar gluten free bread which is very good.
