Extremely disappointing gluten free meal.
I visited here on sunday late morning as I wanted a GF breakfast. Ordered the large plus a coffee. The Coffee was weak and luke warm. When the breakfast finally arrived sometime later it was as though the food had been left on a hot plate for 8 or 9 hours. Everything bar the eggs were rock solid and chewey. I know some GF products aren't the best but at £19 I'd expect the food to be fresh and the Coffee hot!

You can tell so much thought goes into the designing of the menu, the presentation and taste.
Through the years the quality has never wavered, even when accommodating larger numbers of customers.
The service is great. Being gluten free and having afternoon tea provided without qualm and to such a great standard is amazing. (Pre ordered).
The festive afternoon tea was unreal!! Most enjoyable food experience I had all through the Christmas period!
The thick halloumi on the breakfasts is a must!
The coronation chicken sandwich I was stunned to find out contained poppadum and mango chutney 🤯
The cake counters and always full and the doughnuts looks amazing I wish I could have one so bad.
