The food was very good and the gluten free bread was delicious. We went here because we read they accommodate celiac disease well, which they did! Food wise, I would give it 5 stars. However, the ordering process and ambiance is super chaotic.
It was very loud in there. It’s the type of restaurant where you order at the counter and find your own table. You have to wait in line at the coffee area to pick up your coffee, but a staff member runs out the actual food to you. The coffee bar was running very behind, our coffee wasn’t done until after we ate. I would’ve loved to have it with the meal! There were delivery drivers coming in and out to get to go food, and the staff seemed to prioritize serving them versus the waiting customers. My husband also asked the person that brought us our food for some utensils and a condiment that was missing on our plate, and they never came back. We ended up sharing a utensil. Seems like they would need twice as much staff to make this method work.
We wanted to try some local cuisine for brunch, and we decided to try Grace's Table. What a pleasant discovery!! I had the fish tacos ( NOT GLUTEN-FREE!!😢), my husband had the Quiche, and our son had the Gravalox. Everything was absolutely DELICIOUS, even the Argentine Empanada!! I highly recommend Grace's Table!
This coffee shop is great and others gluten free baked goods from Fi&Me a gluten free bakery from St Helena. They also use separate utensils and have the gluten free goods in a separate glass case to keep things separate. It’s a hidden gem.
