I want to love Town Hall, as someone who has food allergies (gluten, dairy, & soy), but the last 2 times my order was made wrong. Both times they contained one of my allergies - the first time a burger came with cheese and the second time I was given the keto bun instead of the gluten free bun which contains dairy. The first time it was refunded since I was already home. The second time I was close by when I realized and they made it again. Food allergies are nothing to mess with though and to advertise as accommodating but consistently make food wrong is very frustrating. There’s clearly a lack of knowledge from staff or protocols are lacking.

All around a great place for a casual dining experience. Love the food, especially the variety of burgers and unique toppings. Thank you for the gluten free options. They have awesome GF buns.

My coffee spot in CLE. My favorite Cold Brew and gluten free muffin stop. Would love a GF breakfast sammich next. Appreciate the plants and albums!

Iced Vanilla Latte was great! Friendly staff. They were understaffed and felt faster than starbucks when busy. Also, they have some gluten free baked goods from philomena.

Loved the latte, strong but not bitter. And was pleasantly surprised to find gluten free treats - banana muffins!
