Just discovered this cafe and we have been coming all the time! Best gluten free waffles and avocado toast, love the drink options too! Super friendly service. Fresh and healthy food!
I got their Gluten Free sausage egg and cheese Biscuit and a steamed cold brew. Both were so tasty! Loved the GF biscuit, and the staff was so friendly
We are traveling out of state and have been randomly picking coffee places to go to. This was the best coffee and service we have had. Both employees were extremely friendly and took the time to ask us questions and provided great advice for travelers. Very surprised by the Gluten free options for a quick breakfast. Would absolutely recommend.

I only come up to Bellevue for work every once in awhile but I make sure to stop here every time! The atmosphere and food choices are amazing, lots of gluten free options, too! Their coffee is some of the best and I’m an absolute coffee snob. It’s pricey, but 100% worth it!
I was having trouble deciding between the BELT and the Shroom sandwiches but luckily you're able to add items so I had the BELT with added mushrooms, so delicious! Ube cheesecake does not have a crust so to me it tastes like it's missing something but it's gluten free friendly for those that need that.
Truly every single person who works here is kind and thoughtful- which may seem like a weird thing to say about an office park cafe, but I don’t know how else to describe it- they’re great.
Also, as a lifelong vegetarian who ended up with celiac (genetics are rude) I always feel sheepish asking for accommodations even if it means I can’t eat. All I had to do was mention it offhand and they immediately started pointing out what I could eat and wiping down the counter so they could make my food without breadcrumbs. The gluten free bread is delicious, and so is the black bean burger.
