The food used to be good here, but last experience about a week ago was very disappointing. Soup was extremely greasy, only white bread option was a croissant which was over toasted and completely crumbled. Sandwiches were mediocre. No gluten free bread or desserts. Extremely expensive . For four of us and three of us had water only for drinks, the bill was over $100.
My wife is celiac and had a salad, I had breakfast and my mother had grilled cheese and fries. All the meals were delicious. Service was very good - the waitress was very knowledgeable about the gluten-free options. We are going to be in the Calgary area for 2 weeks. This is our first day. We can't keep, coming back to the same restaurant - but we're tempted!!

This location has an interesting setup. When you walk in, it’s an open concept area for the most part. There is a section to the right side where it is somewhat more private and there is a bigger table for a bigger group. (If I remember correctly)
Plenty of tables, option for tables with a bench side and chairs are available also.
The ambience is great! We were greeted soon after we found a table and sat down.
Our server was very friendly and upbeat. She had a great sense of humour!
Our server (I apologize I cannot remember her name) was very helpful with food options! My husband ordered the Cobb Salad, which he very much enjoyed with the blue cheese dressing. Our cousin ordered the Brisket sandwich, which was messy but tasty, and his wife ordered the Bacon Jam burger. It sounded tasty to me, I almost ordered it, but I went for the Chicken Apple Brie sandwich. I had it on a GF bun. Was it ever delicious! The apple still had a bit of a crisp to it, the Brie was perfectly warmed and kept its form until I had my first bite! The chicken was juicy and cooked all the way through. The jam was an interesting but delicious combination to the whole thing. The GF bun held up during the meal. It didn’t crumble or fall apart and held up until the very end. Very impressed! The Cajun fries were pretty good, the flavour was good. There was a lot of seasoning on certain fries which got a little overwhelming at times, but I was able to enjoy them with the gravy. I didn’t get to ask if the gravy was gluten free, and it didn’t hit me until after I started eating it, to find out whether it was or not. It was good and had good, kind of thick consistency and flavour.
We will definitely go back again to try other options on the menu!
Oh, and almost forgot!! We tried the blueberry BBQ wings! They were actually better than expected. It seemed odd at first, but it actually turned out to be a good wing flavour! I’d definitely recommend trying it, if you enjoy blueberries.
One of my top three places for authentic Mexican in Canada and the States. Great decorwith clean modern accessible bathrooms. Very very friendly owner with quality recommendations. Tons of gluten free options. Will stop here every time we go though High River.
Lots of gluten free options. I tried the banana chocolate chip bread. It was a little dry. The lemon square was very sweet. The iced coffee was delicious.
Spacious dining room and lounge. Have plenty of tables outside on the patio overlooking the practice putting green. I like it here. They allowed our party to stay and visit for a long time. The menu has decent choices and many of the items are available as Gluten Free. Food is reasonably priced. We were happy with our service. We will return.
Unfortunately I have to eat gluten free now... boring, I know. I must say this Buster's Pizza has one of the best gluten free I have ever eaten. Incredible Management as well!
We love coming to this little Cafe on our way down south to visit our family.
Great drinks, lots of food options. Gluten-free food options even.
Cozy little coffee shop.
Staff is always friendly as well.
Check it out! 😁
