**WARNING - Long Review** To start off, I, being a forgiving imperfect human myself, have eaten at many different establishments. Whether it be “high class” or “whole in the wall” types of places. I’ve worked in the foods & service industry for many years. Only reason why I gave this a two stars, is for the fact that I am showing compassion to our server, who seemed to be either inexperienced or very overwhelmed. I was not aware of where our dinner reservations were going to be (definitely was not dressed to impress, and don’t tend to really dress to show my status anyway. My skin colour tends to do that for me before I even have a chance to speak, to show those who make judgements/presumptions otherwise… ~ would dressing prettier or more put together made a difference to how everything transpired… highly unlikely!) When I walked up and saw the sign, I was excited to experience what all the hubbub was about. Our group walked in and we were in very happy spirits, very excited to be uniting to celebrate my sister-in-laws 70th spin around the sun. We were greeted by a person that didn’t seem too impressed with the volume of our joy and promptly asked us if we had a reservation. It took him a few seconds to find the name and then directed us to follow towards our table. Reservation was for ten people. Set very nicely, in the middle of the room. We were respectful with timing and were not late for our reservation either… we arrived at approximately 6:20pm, the reservation was for 6:30pm. As we all settled and found our seats, we all noticed that our server wasn’t present. (Which we all agreed was a fair bit odd, as we are all accustomed to have someone either offer to bring water for the entire table, promptly after being seated, or offer a moment to decide on drinks. After about 5 minutes the server finally took the order. Not sure why it took 10 to 15 minutes for the bartender to pour five or six glasses of wine into the mini carafes, along with preparing a couple of glasses of draft, and pouring ginger ale into a glass, but even the water hadn’t been brought to the table yet. At this point, it was not busy. There were about 8 tables with customers already seated, and possibly had given their order. Can’t say for sure… After there were a few mixups with which wine belonged to whom and a glass of wine, with what seemed like, to be missing for a good 20 minutes, we were finally able to put our meal orders in. At this point we’d been sitting for just over 30 minutes… At about 7:15pm (give or take, it may have been later) the server brings a few plates of a sliced baguette with a creamy cucumber butter. For those who could eat it, it went down fairly quick, all voracious by that point, thinking we would be close to finally seeing the light of our meals. Sadly, we were all sorely mistaken. (Personally, I have a severe gluten/dairy intolerance and was not able to enjoy the bread and butter). One good thing out of all that waiting, our server was able to replenish our water & beverages, when she wasn’t too busy. At about 7:48pm, still no meals. My husband, sadly, cannot eat after a certain time and he had to ask for his meal to be cancelled. The server seemed a little indignant as to why he was cancelling the order (as some of our group also wanted to do, including myself) and I found it quite ignorant that she would respond in such a way and make it sound like it was inconsiderate of HIM to even make such a request. It was after 8pm when we finally received our food! Over an hour wait! When the food finally arrived, the GF/DF seafood **Penne** (there is not a GF Tagliatelle option, and had we known that, we wouldn’t have ordered it), other plates arrived lukewarm also. My sister-in-law and I both sent our plates to get properly heated. It had three cherry tomatoes cut in half, shrimp was tough and the DF sauce was a watery/oily mess at the bottom of the plate. The dish had a kick to it, but no actual flavour. There was zero compensation for the long delay or poor quality of the meal. Would not recommend!!

Listen. Customer care to a T. These folks deliver the BEST gluten-free vegan cheese pizza I have yet to have hands down. They are lovely, kind and care about their clients. Thank you for running a top tier business, Bravo 🫡🫡🫡

My wife and I stopped in for a late lunch. We were pleasantly surprised at how good the food is. The menu clearly indicates the gluten free options. We started with the Masala pompadoms and fish pakora . They were very tasty, and it just got better when our main course arrived. We had three dishes and rice, there was plenty left to bring home. Our server was very friendly and polite. Food was excellent. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back.

Steak bites were pretty yummy. Dipping sauce isn't gluten-free, so I just didn't dip them. More sauce for the others! Waitress was very helpful and friendly. J'Lohr Cab Sav wine was delicious.

Pizzaberg has been a favorite of ours for so many years . The pasta is delicious but their Caesar salad is the best and will keep you coming back for more ! I am gluten free but never feel like I’m missing out when we eat here as they are always have a lot of options !

The food and service are great. I enjoy especially the gluten-free fusilli pasta with marinara sauce and sauteed mushrooms and spinach. Delicious. I appreciate the team that works under Jen - they're quick, friendly and hard-working. Great place for the family.

I have celiac disease and the gluten-free pizza was fantastic! We ordered a couple of weeks ago and my friend who is non-celiac accidentally took my piece of pizza and was shocked what I said it was gluten-free! She said there was no taste and difference it was that so good! I had no symptoms of being glutened so they did a good job with avoiding cross contamination! I’ll be back!!!

Anyone who'd leave less than a 5 star review here must have been drunk. I've been lucky enough to have a few life-changing meals in my life, and this was one of them. The flavours, while not unlike other Vietnamese food, is dynamic - it's like you can taste each and every ingredient they prepared. I can't put it into words, so I'd suggest just going and tasting it for yourself. Prices are as reasonable as you can expect, so you really have nothing to lose, and everything to gain. Do it. You know you want to. (Also very good for gluten-free options, very knowledgeable and trustworthy for managing cross-contamination - EDIT: they have reduced their gluten free options slightly, on pho and a few other items...still worth the trip)

My experience at the place was amazing. Staff Miss Yashica and Vivek was very friendly and attentive. My husband and I were greeted with the smile when we entered the place. I am bit fussy with my choices of food, they patiently made my bowl with extra veggies and less sauce. Food- Veggies were freshly cut and they looked clean. Food was served hot. Great options was available like Gluten Free, lactose free and halal food. Ambiance - Place was neat and presentable. Washroom was clean with all the essentials. Place was warm so you could eat your meal in comfort. Staff was professional and very vigilant to attend guest. They changed their gloves each time before making next order. Place like this need a big shout out as it’s not only the food but how you were treated with the staff makes the difference. Thankyou Miss yashica and Vivek for giving us exceptional service… you guys standout 🙌

I have been ordering from this establishment since I moved to Okotoks in late 2023 through Skip the Dishes. I have Celiac disease and have never personally reacted to the food I've eaten from here. Recently, I recommended that they add anti-tamper stickers to their pizza boxes that are delivered through Skip, and, low and behold the next time I ordered there were anti-tamper stickers on the box! I am more than thrilled to give my money to this business and I highly recommend them for not only their amazing food (which tastes amazing for being a gluten-free pizza, btw) but also their customer service. Could not recommend this place enough! 10/10 will eat again. :D

Probably one of the best little restaurants I have been to in a long time, you walk in and you just feel at home! We went for breakfast and the waitress greeted us with delicious coffee and everyone that came in were so friendly! We ordered the basic breakfast and they made homemade sausage Pattie’s that have a little kick to them and are so good! I’m addition they also have high quality gluten free bread that tastes like normal bread which I really appreciate!

My Son and I wanted to try something a bit different than the standard. WOW, I can't even begin to explain the flavors and the food. Unbelievable good, no! beyond good,. 3 appitizers, Kulcha bread, butter chicken and an order of basmati rice can to 42 dollars, that just doesn't happen anymore in our economy. They have gluten free, dairy free, vegan and vegetarian options, levels of spiciness. Don't hesitate, try them as soon as you can and we will be back.

My husband and I decided to try out RFG for our 23 anniversary and we were WOW'D What a amazing energy this place has! You are welcomed and treated like family. The food was amazing and has easily become my favorite place. I Inquired about gluten-free for my sister in law and they hand make the pasta along with gluten-free bread. What an adorable tea house. Such beautiful decor with so many wonders to look at. We enjoyed a small bite tea which was just enough & having a gluten free allergy this was not an issue. On arrival we received a very warm welcome from Sherry who was very attentive throughout our time there & even gave us some history on this beautiful place. Thank you! We will definitely return.
