Landed and picked up the rental car, found this place minutes from the airport. Wife has celiac and says they have gf options so off we went without much of an expectation. It's a nice little gem for sure. Very reasonably priced and delicious food. Took celiac seriously and the service was fantastic. Quaint little joint for a bite. 👍🏼

What a gem in Sidney BC. Beautiful view of the marina from either inside the restaurant or outside on the deck. Excellent variety on the menu and it seemed chicken and waffles were enjoyed by many customers. I however need to eat gluten-free and they had quite a lot of options for me on the menu! Today I had the lamb burger. Substituted with GF bread. Side salad. Everything was delicious.

Sat outside under the restaurant canopy. Had the most delicious bacon, brie, and pear omelet with hasbrowns. Generous portions and fast service with gluten free options too. All day breakfast for those who like that. Open 8am-3pm.

Hands down the best acai bowl i’ve ever had. All the fresh fruit and toppings were amazing. It comes in a big cup, and the service was great. Gluten free granola!! If I could give them 6 stsrs, I would. But instead i’ll be back for the protein bowl.

Located in the bustling heart of Sidney, this restaurant is a go to spot if you are in the mood for authentic Indian. You will be greeted by friendly staff and Bollywood or Pollywood streamed videos will entertain you on the easy to see television screens carefully situated around the restaurant. The menu is inclusive for different dietary needs which is great! There are lots of Gluten-free, Dairy-Free, and Vegetarian options. My favourite dish is Curry Pakora (not DF), it’s delicious, comforting, and perfectly spiced, always. Thank you to the Fresh Tandoori Flavour Team in Sidney for everything you do, I’m very grateful.

Small boutique cafe. We stopped in for an ice cream. The ice cream bars are the best I have ever had. I tried the salted caramel. The breading is a little thicker than your conventional store bought bar. Almost like a pie crust. The ice cream itself is delicious and there are dairy free and gluten free options too. Highly recommend!

A friend and I went to The Farmer's Daughter for a dinner date. I am celiac, and they were able to be quite accommodating which was lovely. I had french onion soup without the bread, and we shared The Farmer's Board - both were delicious. This cute little wine bar is beautifully decorated, intimate, and a lovely spot for a date night! I would definitely make a reservation though, as seating is limited. I will definitely be back.

Great food. We almost left because the waitress wasn't sure if the food was truely gluten free and it wasn't worth the risk. The owner/ manager stopped by and we were assured there were gluten free items. We stayed and the food was great. Amazing bakery, for baked goods or even banishes for lunch. Limited gluten free items, but occasionally they have several to choose from. Doughnuts are AMAZING and everything fresh. Reasonably priced. Always a lineup out the door (esp since covid-19...max 4 ppl in bakery at a time.

Wow - Brings me back to the days where quality food, atmosphere and service all come together! Celebrated our birthdays at the new hot French cuisine restaurant in Sidney. Had a delightful professional waitress . Parking outside the door if you need it. Most dishes are gluten free. Very special. So excited to see a fine dining Option with beautiful decor. Bravo! Avail for lunch and dinner too! We had appy, main course and a bottle of fine Italian wine with lovely complimentary fresh bread for a fair value. Nice to celebrate a new chef “Matt” who is passionate about food! We will be back!

Cute place with decent options for food in a coffee shop. A few gluten - free options, including pastries, flax rolls, and soup. Good coffee for not very expensive. Good tea selection. Neat ambience to sit and chill. Wait staff very nice.

Well, we just got back from vacation and decided to do some second hand shopping in Sydney. We decided to have lunch at this wonderful little eatery. The food was spectacular the service was wonderful. I'm a picky eater, so for me to rave about the food is unusual. The noodles I found out that they use are gluten free and the presentation was nice. I will definitely return to C.S. Chan again. If you are in the Sydney area do yourself a favour and try one of the wonderful offerings they have to offer.

This wonderful little cafe in our neighbourhood provides us and the local businesses with lovely treats and drinks, so much appreciated when returning from a walk to stop by and pick up a hot drink and a sweet. The Ukee bar is divine, I’m dairy and gluten free so this is a rare treat for me. It honestly tastes like it’s laden with butter but no, it vegan and gluten free. Thank for being a wonderful part of our neighbourhood!
