We found ourselves here THREE TIMES on our weekend trip to Elora! Best lattes in town and love the gluten free dessert selection! My favourite drinks were the peppermint matcha and the hot apple cider! All of the gluten free desserts are amazing, but special shout outs to the walnut cookie, fudge brownie, and blueberry oatmeal crumble bar. Definitely a must try when visiting Elora! The cafe is super cute to sit and have a latte, but gets busy and is hard to find a spot. Great for take out too!
The best meal I've had in months! The Grilled Chicken Ciabatta (on a gluten free bun...the best GF bun! ) was excellent. So many great flavours. Stephen, our server was so sweet and made sure to balance dietary restrictions with a totally open mind and it was so appreciated. The mocktails, by Avery, were everything and totally made the night feel brighter... Even if zero proof. Also, the new Fall decor is beautiful. Satin pumpkins for life!
This restaurant is an amazing little find! Lots of gluten friendly options and the service was amazing our server went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. Can't wait to come back again the food was also amazing! I had the burger poutine and it was delicious. Good quality and quantity.
The food was amazing and the patio was nice with today’s beautiful weather. Gluten free options nice to see and enjoy. Only comment is slow service. Maybe just getting back to pre COVID staff levels.
I had an incredible experience at Shepherd’s Pub during my recent visit to Elora. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming—cozy pub vibes with a killer view of the Grand River from the patio.
The food was outstanding! I ordered the pulled pork tacos, and it was full of flavor. My friend had the fish tacos and couldn’t stop raving about it. They also have some amazing vegan and gluten-free options, which is such a bonus.
Service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and you can tell the staff genuinely care.
Whether you're in Elora for a day trip or you're a local, do yourself a favor and stop in here. Great food, amazing people, and one of the best patios in town.
I really love this place. Great food, very reasonable prices, and good service. I actually eat all of the potatoes that come with my breakfast, and at other places I often just push them to the side. Good option for gluten free folks too, as they have gluten free bread, and will even make gluten free french toast.
