The way I feel right now after eating this meal. Im super dissapointed in myself. I requested gluten-free. This meal was not gluten free. I eat out all the time and havent got a gluten reactions like this since December on vacation outside the country. Gluten-free is not just the ingredients, it's avoiding cross-contact with items that have gluten.
