I love the gluten free menu at Alkionis. Great value for money and the food was always, always good! Especially loved the pizza and the burger. Plus, the staff is super nice!

Stumbled across this restaurant while roaming old town. The menu posted outside was in english and greek and was clearly marked with many GF options. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about gluten allergies. The food was outstanding and the atmosphere very welcoming. They had homemade gluten free bread and provided a complimentary dessert (also GF). would definitely eat here again. (Edit...actually ate here 3 times in 3 days....)

Really good gf food!! Lots of options, tasted amazing and very safe for coeliacs! — HOWEVER has now been sold to another chain of Irish pubs so will not have the same menu and MAY NOT BE GLUTEN FREE/COELIAC FRIENDLY ANYMORE —> needs to be rechecked

Great spot for Gluten Free! They don’t advertise so easy to miss but they are able to make almost all of their menu GF, they will do Gyros, Burgers, Pasta and Pizza. The gentleman that welcomed us, I believe his name is Marios, knew what he was on about and came over once we were seated to let me know they had gluten free beers and will be serving gluten free deserts from next week! I am very fussy so went with the boring option of a Margarita Pizza which was very good and made fresh! When we paid they gave us a complementary lemon shot, not knowing what was in it I wasn’t going to take it but Marios saw that I was unsure and came over to tell me exactly what was in it to reassure it was safe for me to drink! Everything was very reasonably priced, in lovely environment and with great staff. Would recommend!
