When we reserved a table at Hardy’s Bar and Restaurant, I informed them in a note of my celiac condition. The moment we arrived, they were incredibly accommodating. The server showed me which items on the menu could be made gluten-free. They explained that the potatoes were made in a separate fryer, that the food was prepped separately to avoid contamination, and that all the provided sauces were gf. Multiple servers and, I believe, the owner checked on me to make sure I was completely at ease. When we visit Rust again, we will certainly return to Hardy’s!

We have eaten at Ionis several times in different group constellations. Everyone could find something and even get full. You don't have it always and everywhere.
They also offer gluten-free citizen rolls 👍 unfortunately I have to pay attention to that now.
It's a bit hidden in TBB, unfortunately when it comes to parking spaces it's a bit tight and the interior also reflects that. Although the type of cultivation seems quite nice.
We will be back definitely.

Unfortunately, the gluten-free pizza was very dry and cold. It had nothing to do with a pizza. The normal one was okay. We were there on Saturday and it was very busy. We only got a seat at a small table in the corner, which wasn't even clean.
In general, we had the feeling that no one paid attention to whether there were enough tables for all the guests. Since it's completely self-service, you line up and then go on a big search for a seat.
Actually a very cool concept, but unfortunately not implemented very well
