My family and I love Asian food (specially Ramen noodles). We hadn’t tried gluten free ramen noodles before but this restaurant did not disappoint. From start to finish everything was delicious. The servers were very nice and attentive as well and the prices are very reasonable. We LOVED it and will definitely come back.

Nayara springs is a lovely resort built in the lap of rainforests and luxury- a splendid combination ! Rooms: the villas are well spaced ensuring privacy with private pools supplied with hot spring water, indoor and open air showers, coffee maker and mini bar( some of the alcohol is included for free) and plenty of space. Service: Everyone seemed happy ( at least seemed) and were always helpful. The golf carts were a life saver because we found it hard to find maps to get around. The yoga class every morning was splendid. There was a guided nature walk on friday morning which we could see some birds, reptiles and sloths! Food: The breakfast buffet is incredible with a selection of fresh fruit, juices, coconut water, rice and beans, baked goods with gluten free options, fantastic coffee and eggs made to order! ( they do offer buffet in the room for which you can place your request the night before but we preferred going to the dining room) . They have several different restaurants on the property where we had a wonderful dinner and service. Loved the real time guacamole making Laundry was included

Finally an Italian restaurant with an Italian owner. Alessandro has created fantastic dishes that fully reflect the taste of Italy. As a main course the Aglio, Olio e Pepperoncino... Not easy, but perfectly made. And gluten free! An Italian dessert on request. Everything full of taste and passion. Except for the entourage, but it's all about the food!

This restaurant was awesome!! The vibes are great, staff were super friendly, and the food was amazing!! You can get any of the pastas with gluten free noodles, I got the spaghetti bolognese, and it was sooo good!! This gluten free girl definitely approves 🩷

This place had a great vibe and atmosphere. I have celiac disease and they were mindful of my gluten allergy. I couldn’t try the gelato due to cross contamination, but the coffee was wonderful. The mocha was a little too sweet, but it is a chocolate shop!

Denied me entry because of my small ESA dog. She is well- behaved, doesn't bark, and is trained to sit by my feet. It was pretty upsetting as someone recommended this place and I drove out of my way to go here and I passed up my last chance to eat at my favorite place in LA Fortuna to try this place cause someone said they should have gluten free options, which I don't even know if they do. Really disappointed in this place. 😕

We stayed at Nayara Gardens and the resort was amazing. We came for our 15th wedding anniversary. It was a true luxury resort and the staff took the time to get to know us. The executive chef Quentin went above and beyond to make sure our anniversary dinner was special and fabulous. Carolina at the front desk was so sweet. The rooms were so spacious and the grounds had so much to offer. There is so much to do in Arenal and I wish we had one more day to take advantage of the spa. The thermal pools were intimate. We saw a sloth, multiple red eye frogs and other wildlife on property. They were so considerate of our dietary needs. They new I was gluten free and made special corn tortillas that didn't have a risk of cross contamination. We can't wait to go back.

Overpriced and the food was meh, the place was nice but to be honest you can get a better breakfast just by cooking yourself, the eggs were overcooked, they didn't have much gluten free/Sugar free options, the radioactive fake red color of the sausage let us know it wasn't gonna be made of good quality meat. The coffee was regular but I'm colombian so maybe it won't be that bad for you. Honestly it is a rip-off, we won't go back.
