I am temporarily on a diet that excludes gluten and dairy for four months. This place is a paradise for people with intolerances. Most places only offer gluten-free pastries, but everything here is also dairy-free! Even after my diet is over, I will continue visiting this wonderful place to enjoy pastry magic. 👌🏻👏🏻

To say this restaurant is the best in Chamonix is an understatement - it is hands above any of the many others we have tried. We came first for the great reviews and went back for the fabulous scratch-made food, great atmosphere and fantastic service. The location adjacent to the river is spectacular and although the weather didn’t allow while we were there, the riverside patio looked very inviting. I can’t say enough about the wonderful flavours the chef is able to impart - the use of fine herbs/spices makes every dish unique, interesting and delicious and left us wanting more. Over two nights we tried the smoked prawns, a wonderful Thai-inspired chicken curry, the rib-eye steak, lamb shank and for dessert the Mille Feuille - all were beyond expectations. And my husband (who has to eat gluten free) was so pleased that everything (except bread) was gluten free with no compromise to flavour whatsoever. The service was exceptional - the owner and her son were very attentive and it was evident that they truly care about pleasing and rewarding their customers with food that will be long-remembered for its quality and unique and wonderful flavour profiles and service and atmosphere beyond compare. This restaurant is a must-visit while in Chamonix!
