Thank you for a fantastic first meal in Apulia! I messaged ahead of time to enquire about celiac and allergies and the person responding was so kind and helpful - sometimes it's easy to forget how scary it is for people with allergies and the staff here were super respectful and kind. The gluten free pizza was great! As was the regular for my husband! We ordered takeaway to surprise my parents at the airport with too 😍 I hope we can return. I recommend to everyone and especially to not fear contacting if you have allergies. Grazie! Also, AMAZING prices.

We ordered 4 gluten-free pizzas to take away. Super fast and responsive service by message for the order and very friendly staff on site (even though they were in a big rush). The gluten-free pizza dough wasn't the best of those we tasted during our stay but it's already so good to be able to have gluten-free pizza. On the other hand, the garnish was great! A great address for those with gluten intolerance in Polignano!

Gluten-free and lactose-free pastries with a capital P! My rating is excellent as are the owner and his wife who do and manage their work with dedication and attention for us celiacs as few can do! Perfect in every way, in shape, in taste, with attention to detail! The taste of desserts, ice creams, pastries, artisanal panettone is the same as desserts with gluten.
