Spectacular menu at @elmiracle.vlc in Valencia, the first 100% ACECOVA-certified gluten-free restaurant with something for every taste, from creative dishes to crepes to signature burgers. The restaurant is very well located, and the service is fast and attentive. We tried their signature dishes, although their entire menu is varied and includes gluten-free products. We tried: - Causa Limeña - Smoked octopus - Duck breast - Entrecote with homemade potatoes - Nutella crepe - Brownie with vanilla ice cream Everything was delicious, each one better than the last! Definitely! A gluten-free restaurant to keep in mind in Valencia!

Chinese comments below Pastelería vegana y sin gluten!! Me sorprende que hay muchas opciones saladas 😍😍😍 It is a completely plant-based and gluten-free dessert shop. To my surprise, there are also many salty breads. The small pizza tastes dry, but the other lasagna tastes pretty good. There are locations inside and outside the store and some brunch options are available. Although I am not very used to gluten-free things, the overall experience is still recommended. A perfect place for a celiac. Delicious cookies and good salty snacks. From now on, this will be my must-visit point during my stay in Torrevieja. I bought a total of 4 cakes, 3 salty snacks and a double espresso. I paid 23 euros for everything, so in my opinion it was a good price. Besides, with celiac disease, safe food is more important than money 😉

I'm leaving this comment with the intention of offering constructive criticism, as it's a shame that the only place that offers healthy gluten-free and lactose-free options has such mediocre service. Although they state they close at 3:00 PM, on several occasions I've arrived at 2:15 PM and they've already stopped serving food. Furthermore, it's common for the menu items to be missing: on some visits, they don't have açaí, on others, they don't have the sweets they offer, leaving very few options for those of us who rely on this type of diet. This can be really frustrating for those of us who come specifically for our dietary restrictions. It's happened to me about four or five times. On the other hand, the service isn't the best either. The waitress isn't friendly, possibly because she's overworked, as she's often alone.
