When you find yourself in the beautiful coastal town of Encinitas with its abundance of dining options and breathtaking sunsets, you can enhance your experience by indulging in the exquisite ice cream flavors offered here. The rich and creamy taste of the ice cream is as heavenly as the wispy clouds above, especially when enjoyed in a freshly baked waffle cone. Despite its small size, this shop is highly regarded, evident by the long line that forms outside. In addition to the delicious flavors, they also cater to vegan and gluten-free preferences. The enticing aroma of freshly baked waffles and chocolate chip cookies adds to the overall allure. This place is definitely worth a visit when you're in town.

This place is amazing and I was surprised they don’t have a higher rating. Then I saw a couple great reviews that only left four stars, so maybe that’s why? Anyway, we’ve been here a few times and haven’t been disappointed yet. The cocktails are delicious, and if you go adventurous (like the one with, grasshoppers I think it was?) and regret it, they’ll just make you a new one. Even when it was busy the staff was great. The food is also delicious, and I particularly love that the entire menu is gluten free, so even with my allergies I don’t have to worry about contamination in my food! That is rare and very much appreciated. In sum, everyone should eat here and then come give it a ratings bump. (I have no stake in this place other than enjoying eating here and wanting it to stick around!)
