Well-kept place, excellent quality of ingredients and suggestions for combinations with different flavors than usual: decidedly appetizing, with a wide vegan or gluten free choice. The choice to leave the kitchen exposed in a room suitable for lunches, dinners or aperitifs is appreciable and reassuring. Young, friendly, attentive and correct communication staff: one of the things I appreciated most. Well done, we'll be back

Definitely the best pizzeria in the region for gluten-free. Many options including vegetarian and vegan, also in the gluten-free version, so really inclusive. Their “ricotta in campagna” pizza is sensational as is, when in season, the one with the rose of Gorizia. Even when asked to replace ingredients, the staff gives advice, but satisfies the requests with kindness. Maybe I would just increase the variety of gluten-free desserts. Reasonable prices.

Modern and well-kept place on the northern outskirts of Udine, with a large car park; kind staff who are very attentive to any food intolerances of customers (the restaurant is part, for example, of the "Alimentazione Fuori Casa" circuit of the Italian Celiac Association); very fast and punctual service; high quality of food, with a wide choice of pizzas with different leavenings (all also available in a gluten-free version); average price. In the morning the restaurant also offers the possibility of having breakfast on site, with a good offer of coffee, croissants and home-made desserts.
