Come in for the first time and had a gluten free 1/4 chicken and two roast potatoes. Got a freebie with the chicken and both tasted awesome as the chicken was very tender and tasty and the potatoes were how I love them supper soft and tender and not hard. Will go back for sure!đ

Really good selection of gluten free dishes and vegetarian and vegan dishes
I had lunch at Topiary today, and honestly, itâs hard to fault. The setting is something special, tucked into the grounds of Newmanâs Nursery, surrounded by history and greenery. Inside, itâs understated but elegant, with thoughtful table settings that immediately put you at ease and make you feel like youâre in for something good.
The menu reads like a love letter to food. Everything is made using locally sourced produce, and thereâs not a processed ingredient in sight. You can taste the quality in every dish.
If youâve got food allergies, youâre in excellent hands. The staff are switched on and the chef is more than happy to tweak things so youâre not left out.
Even the gluten-free table bread, grilled with infused oil was a bit of a revelation. It had the depth and chew of proper sourdough, which is no small feat.
I wonât single out any particular dish, because the menu shifts with the seasons, but every bite we had was a winner. There were actual sighs of pleasure at the table.
The service was sharp, the food was exceptional, and the whole experience left me wanting to come back before weâd even finished dessert. If you havenât been, go. This place is a gem in the Tea Tree Gully foothills and absolutely worth the trip.
