Thank you for a fantastic gastronomic experience. I can truthfully say that lunch today was one of the best meals I have ever eaten. The ingredients were fresh, vibrant and the chef has an imagination to create the individual and unique dishes. No worries with allergies: the gluten free bread was amazing and the chef made necessary differences during the menu.
Organic and gluten-free products are not grouped together. He has several different aisles, for example organic peanut butter is found with foreign products and not in the organic aisle.
Visited for dinner with my partner whilst on holiday near Bergerac. My partner is celiac but our waitress was able to let us know which options on the menu were gluten-free.
All three courses were delicious. The scallops, served with a savoury ice cream and courgette remoulade, were particularly good - unlike anything I’ve had before!
