Having to go to Avellino for work reasons, doing a little search on Google we discovered Fabrizio's gluten-free oven. Upon entering we were surrounded by a good, genuine, homely scent. Fabrizio and a lady welcomed us, both very polite, very kind and ready to answer all our questions and satisfy every request. We found many good things strictly gluten and lactose free, of their own production, which they churn out every day. For once we were able to choose and not as always, just be satisfied. First-rate materials, attention to detail, research and a lot of passion. Upon leaving, in the full spirit of Avellino hospitality, they also prepared a snack for us to consume during the trip. This is Fabrizio's Gluten Free oven. A beautiful discovery, and above all delicious!!! Highly recommended!!!

We went to this place for the first time....AMAZING.....we took GluteFree pizza and to say it was exceptional is an understatement. Practically all the pizzas offered can be made for celiacs. In addition we had croquettes, montanare and pasta omelettes. All delicious and above all GlutenFree. Excellent service and very kind staff. I highly recommend it.

Very nice and welcoming place, it is advisable to book especially at the weekend. Delicious food (note that almost everything is naturally gluten-free thanks to the use of corn and plantains). Very friendly service, they even offered us a drink after pouring one by mistake. Absolutely recommended!

There's nothing to say, it's the only Sushi restaurant where I feel really safe eating GLUTEN FREE, the owner and the people in the kitchen are very attentive to my preparations and above all always ready to prepare something that I can eat too. For me, fried foods are a taboo in other restaurants, but here everything is possible.. Without "gluten-free" supplements in the "all you can eat" formula, highly recommended.. Very welcoming location in which you never feel out of place .. I would add that the owner is very sweet and really very knowledgeable..
