For people who have a problem with gluten, it's heaven on earth! From the very first words we know that this is the perfect place. We get separate cutlery (the ones lying on the table waiting for guests were taken away), bread (scarpetta or just a starter) brought in a separate bag, and the bun that was there was brilliant!!!) The selection of gluten-free dishes is heavenly. The beer is also delicious and gluten-free.
People who ate gluten dishes were also mega satisfied.
The gluten-free tiramisu is also delicious.
In addition, lactose-free, veggie and other options.
I regret that there is no such place in Warsaw...
Great place, clean and with honest prices, very good food!
Spacca Gluten Free Pulled Pork spectacular!
AIC certified place so dear Celiacs all to the spacca!!!
I will be back 🔝🔝🔝
A hidden gem! This little Mexican-Indian restaurant is a true explosion of flavours: bespoke spicy dishes, gluten-free and full of love. Very kind and attentive staff, they make you feel at home. I will definitely be back!
A Memorable Meal at Osteria Risi.Co – Great Food, Atmosphere & Gluten-Free Friendly
We recently dined at Osteria Risi.Co in Bergamo with a group of Italian friends and family, and the entire experience was exceptional. The restaurant has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere—perfect for a leisurely dinner filled with conversation and laughter. One of our group was gluten-free, and we were so pleased to find that the menu was accommodating and clearly marked, making it easy for everyone to enjoy the evening without worry.
I ordered the Redècc Risotto, made with Trevisan red chicory, Valcalepio wine, gorgonzola cheese, and speck—it was rich, creamy, and beautifully balanced with just the right touch of bitterness from the chicory and depth from the wine. Absolutely delicious.
We also shared the Tagliere Risi.Co, a generous and beautifully presented board of local cured meats (including Prosciutto Ruliano aged 24 months), cheeses, homemade onion compote, and honey. It was a real celebration of local flavors, and we ended up sharing a bit of everything among us.
The service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive, and you could tell the staff genuinely cared about the quality of both the food and the overall experience. It was a highlight of our trip to Bergamo, and I’d return in a heartbeat.
Highly recommended—especially if you’re looking for a place with excellent regional food and gluten-free options!
We spent a lovely evening at the Goisis park, eating fish and chips, all gluten-free, the same you can find at Frish in Borgo S. Caterina, a paradise for celiacs
Good pizza and with options to have it gluten-free and with lactose free mozzarella. Not many pizza places have both options. Service was okay, had the impression that the waitress was going to say no to my wife when she asked to have her pizza cut for her. She eventually took my wife’s pizza back to the kitchen to have it sliced up but she gave the impression that she was reluctant to do it. Not sure why but it’s a simple request. Not sure I would go back to this restaurant.
I'm neither vegetarian nor vegan, but it's definitely worth a visit. Lots of homemade dishes, lovingly prepared, and incredibly delicious. They also offer gluten-free options. The service was very friendly, patient, and helpful.
QUALITY AND CRAFTSMANSHIP...
A few meters from the beautiful Piazza Vecchia, along Via Gombito (the natural continuation of Via Colleoni, the so-called "Corsarola" of Città Alta) is this small but welcoming family-run artisanal ice cream shop... The place is very bright and clean and the staff is kind and smiling...
The ice cream is truly fantastic and each flavor reveals the meticulous research and passion behind it... Research into craftsmanship, quality of raw materials, to proudly offer its customers - local and non-local - a top-quality product!
Today I enjoyed a 2-flavor cone with great pleasure, peach and salted caramel: both really very good! "Real" flavors and not overly sweet! The cone, gluten-free, is also of good quality! (which is not to be taken for granted, since in many ice cream shops the ice cream, although good, is unfortunately served on wafer cones of very poor quality).
Really compliments to those who every day, with passion and professionalism, transform different raw materials of excellent quality into a creamy ice cream of the highest quality!
Definitely recommended!!!
Careful food, fast service and attentive to dietary needs. Knowledge of "gluten-free". Family and welcoming atmosphere. Recommended for those looking for good cuisine to discover! Spring rolls made by hand and not frozen! Fried shrimp with pepper and vegetables: excellent!
The manager is courteous and very sociable
🥰The premises are accessed through a very decorated and striking entrance, which conveys a feeling of tradition and warmth.
🍽️I sat in the old part, and chose this restaurant mainly because of a good presence of gluten-free dishes.
🤩The pleasant surprise has been enjoying some gourmet preparations that have turned a brief break into a culinary experience of another level. Returning, in my opinion, this restaurant is a mandatory stop in Bergamo.
Very nice place, very good prices. Exquisite food. The baby octopus is a fairy tale and the nice thing is that being celiac and lactose intolerant they gave me the opportunity to interchange some things.
Thanks to word of mouth I got here!
I was very curious because I wanted to try the special doughs and I must admit that they are the best I have ever tasted!
My absolute favorite is the rustic dough... super recommended.
Furthermore, they also have lactose-free mozzarella and gluten-free dough
The food was very good and I found a healthy gluten-free option (roast veal meat with polenta - Italian-style polenta steak). Very good coffee. Thank you
A necessary clarification: this is a laboratory that produces its own fresh pasta, cooks it and serves it and not a real restaurant. Having said that, we had a really great time, the pasta is really delicious and perfectly prepared; I ate a carbonara like I hadn't had in years! Gluten-free pasta and cross-contamination management are also excellent.
The place is very characteristic and the barrel vault made of river stones is fantastic.
The totem for orders, the open kitchen and the long and intimate room reminds me a lot of authentic Japanese restaurants (only those who have been to Japan can understand).
The restaurant is managed by only two people, one in the kitchen and one in the dining room; this makes waiting times a little longer than average so have a glass of wine while you wait because it's really worth waiting an extra moment for a freshly prepared dish.
Absolutely recommended!
The two of us went here for lunch on a Saturday and got a table by the window without having to wait. I chose the restaurant because of the beautiful view and even though it was cloudy, we had a great view of the countryside. The food was ordered quickly, there was pizza vegetariana for the gentleman and rabbit with polenta for the lady. The food came unusually quickly and was delicious!
A big plus point is that the dishes are labeled as to whether they contain gluten, etc.
In terms of price, you've already noticed that you're paying for the good view here, table service for €4 per person is quite a bit.
Nevertheless, we really liked it and it was just right for a day visit to Bergamo!
Excellent pizza, both the classic and the cartwheel! Not to mention the gluten-free pizza with leavened and tasty dough. Compliments !
Very attentive and kind service
Excellent for lunch, dinner and aperitif (the latter the best quality/price ratio in Bergamo).
They also have gluten and lactose free options, including pasta
