Aroa has been wonderful, we were a large group and two of us had celiac disease and the treatment has been exquisite, very attentive, charming, fast and helpful, you could tell that she had very good control over her celiac disease. You couldn't ask for more, everything was very fast, delicious and also quality/price has been great. Again, highlight Aroa's work.

A beautiful place, we did not expect it to be this beautiful when we entered... The great service, the delicious food, and the best of all is that for my celiac husband, the gluten-free food with a lot of confidence and knowledge of the subject, if we return we will repeat!

02/16/2024 I am celiac, everything is perfect. They have the allergen issue under control, even for dishes that are not on the menu. The lamb was not a lot, but the flavor will fill your mouth like nothing else, highly recommended. Sometimes, less is more. 10/10 The only problem is that there is not one in central Madrid next to my work. "I would add another egg to the crumbs, but they were very delicious." -My companion.

Everything we asked for was great. The waitress was very professional, we were also a group in which we were two celiacs and 10 gluten control. To repeat 100%

Typical bar, where you can have a few meals quietly in the square, between the cathedral and the town hall. The waiters are very nice, Pedro was telling us which dishes were gluten-free (there is a variety). Good atmosphere and food.
Calle del, C. Portal Mayor, 2, Sigüenza, Spain
Exquisite food, very friendly and professional treatment and with gluten-free options, food such as beer and dessert. Wonderful, to repeat!

We went to eat and we would repeat, the food was delicious, the staff was impeccable and there were zero problems for the allergy sufferers and celiacs in the group.
