Gluten free/coeliac options available - with a gluten free fryer! The guy working there had family members with coeliac so was understanding and knowledgeable. They also had white wine vinegar as an alternative to malt vinegar. Excellent chips in a lovely location.

Amazing pizzas!! They do takeaway or you can dine in. Would recommend booking early, one evening they had run out of pizzas as we passed so we booked for the following evening, glad we did! They have vegan and gluten free options too. Lots of lovely bits in the deli

A fantastic cafe offering a good range and service to match. Portion size is generous and the sandwiches are made with good quality fresh bread. There is a good gluten free choice . Offering one of the best cafe experiences in Cornwall. Well done team.

COELIAC FRIENDLY! I ordered gluten free fish and chips from here today (Sunday) as all the other recommended places were shut past 4pm. Though there wasn't a sign up stating that they catered for gluten free diets (the place looks fairly new) I walked in on a wim as I was so hungry and asked if they catered for gluten free diets. I was so impressed, they have a seperate fryer, gluten free vinegar and the girls made sure they wiped down the surfaces and sanitised before handling my food. Brilliant! The food was also delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful!! Such a hidden gem. Definitely recommend for Coeliacs and gluten free diets.

We had a lovely meal at The Square, the service was great, the food was beautiful and the atmosphere was nice and relaxed. They were very accomodating of my partner's gluten intolerance and It was also fantastic value! I would definitely go back again.

Really fantastic, delicate, seasonal food in a stunning room with spectacular sea views. Clearly a really thoughtful chef. We had the Short Menu and the portion sizes were perfect. And great service from our young waiter. A restaurant which is very attentive and caring of dietary needs - delicious alternatives prepared for gluten-free eaters, for example. Definitely worth the trip down to the Lizard. Highly recommended.
