Was greeted and made to feel at home by Cheryl and Anas. They have a good selection of halal and gluten free options. The batter used was light and not stodgy making their fish and deep fried mars bar absolutely delicious. Highly recommended for anybody visiting Glasgow especially East Kilbride to head over there, you won’t be disappointed
Expect a standout experience with decadent treats, amazing breakfasts, and a vibe that keeps everyone coming back for more.

Love Ricos, we went for brunch and especially as it has Gluten and dairy free options. Staff are so lovely.
We had GF full breakfast and I had french toast with fruit brulee, maple syrup with black berries and blue berries. Coffee was great, I had pomegranate sanpellgrino soft drink, loved it.
Everything was delicious.
Was busy and had lovely view of Christmas decorations..
The gluten free pizza is brilliant! Much better than I was expecting. It's still a gf pizza so don't expect it to be entirely disappointment free, but it is certainly the best I've had for a while.
The play area is great too.
Experience a cozy vibe with warm lighting and stunning Indian art, perfect for enjoying a diverse menu of bold and flavorful dishes.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Punjabi Tadka, an Indian restaurant in East Kilbride . Overall, my experience was quite enjoyable.
To start off, the atmosphere was lovely. The interior was decorated with traditional Indian art and the lighting was warm and inviting. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they were happy to answer any questions I had about the menu.
Speaking of the menu, there were plenty of options to choose from. The restaurant offered a variety of dishes from different regions of India, and I appreciated that they labeled which dishes were vegetarian or gluten-free. I decided to try the Daal Makhni , which was recommended by the waiter, and it did not disappoint. The flavors were bold and delicious, and the portion size was just right.
I also tried a couple of the appetizers, including the Chicken Tikka and the Vegetable Pakora, and they were both fantastic. The naan bread was fresh and perfectly cooked, and the chutneys and sauces that came with the appetizers were flavorful and complemented the dishes well.
Overall, I would highly recommend Punjabi Tadka for anyone looking for delicious Indian cuisine in East Kilbride. The food was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was lovely. I will definitely be returning soon.
First time in here for food. Being gluten free they made up food to suit my needs it was beautiful.
Staff could not have been more helpful and attentive. Nice atmosphere and relaxing. I would recommend and I will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely evening and value for money
A spot with a unique vegan menu and a dedicated gluten-free selection, serving delicious dishes that leave diners impressed.

Stands out above every other Japanese restaurant in Scotland.
Food is lovely, of a good quality.
Though be warned; their miso soup (which appears on the vegetarian bento box) is not actually miso soup, but pork-miso soup.
Katsu and Amai are great as are the koroke (though I once got karage delivered instead of koroke -staff's English language is not great so be careful when telling them about allergies)
Re allergies; the katsu sometimes has dairy, sometimes has gluten depending on which staff member you ask.
Overall the place is a lovely setting, deliveries are great, food very tasty, my only real gripe really is allergy information and lack of alternatives to accommodate allergies.
