The place had a lot of texture, with a overall boating theme. We arrived just as the sun was setting, and it was a lovely scene from the window in the restaurant. Our waiter was prompt and willing to educate us on the dairy free and gluten free options available. Unlike many restaurants we visited, the fried fish on their regular menu is gluten free. The special was a rare fish prepared dairy and gluten free. We did not feel like we were being deprived due to our allergens, but we could enjoy a gourmet meal with no substitutions! Michael was an excellent waiter, prompt at refilling our glasses and attending to our needs. The floor manager also stopped by the table to make sure we were satisfied. Five star customer service

Exceptional service and fantastic location and ambience. Food is made with care and recipes are unique. Ivy the director of operations welcomed us warmly and shared her favorites on the menu. Carrie was our server and took good care of us too. We ended up doing a meal of 5 shared appetizers! We couldn’t decide between them so we got most of them and then only had room for dessert (the gluten free chocolate cake…yum!). Recommend!

The gentleman that was behind the counter was one of the nicest people I have ever come to meet in the food industry. He was outgoing, and helpful with my wife's gluten intolerance. The pizza slices were quite large, and my wife enjoyed her pizza. The food came out quickly and I have no complaints about our experience. I am a tough judge on pizza being Italian and it was fine.

We were in town for our marathon and found this place while looking to celebrate our efforts. While they gluten free options were limited, they were still good! I had the grilled shrimp and steamed veg with no issues- I’m impressed! Our server was awesome and we had a nice time. I highly recommend this small-town restaurant with lots of big taste!

Fine food in a laid back, beachy atmosphere. Great service from Jessica! Fresh, delicious seafood and very high-quality beef. Full gluten free menu and staff knowledgeable about making other dietary adjustments. The desserts looked amazing—s’mores bread pudding, chess pie and key lime pie. We will definitely come back.

We got in late to the area and wanted something close and settled in Hurricanes. I know it’s a chain, so expected it to be “good enough”. I was pleasantly surprised! I had the steak and avocado tacos and aside of the street corn. The tacos were really good! They came with chips and salsa and I loved the salsa!! I love street corn, eat wherever I can, make it at home and this was really good!! My daughter got the burger with a gluten free bun and the garlic parm fries. The burger was cooked just like she likes it and the fries were amazing! We decided we needed to learn how to make those. The biggest surprise was the bun, you would never have known it was gluten free. She doesn’t eat a lot of bread because most of it is terrible, she was so happy!!! The service was great. I wish I remembered her name (I’m terrible) but she took great care of us. We got our food fast. It is January, I’m sure this place is BUSY in the summer but I think I it would be worth the wait.
