We drove from the Springs today to do some shopping and decided to have some lunch here. This place was awesome! First of all it was totally packed inside and outside. That was a great sign that good things were coming our way! If you have a gluten allergy or sensitivity then you can feel assured they will properly handle your food during prep. My daughter ordered a burger on a gluten free bun with chips. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and onion rings. Everything was perfect and we loved both the small town feel and service. Will be back again! Loved every bite.

We pick up takeout from here almost weekly. I have food allergies so it's really nice and rare to be able to get a good gluten free and dairy free pizza. My husband and toddler (hence takeout) love it as well. They are always crazy busy so either take the time to call and order ahead (you can do that and then show up and eat) or be prepared to wait. The inside of the restaurant is cool and funky and can get pretty loud when it's full, which is a lot ☺️

My goodness the food is delicious! The paneer was tasty, the sauce was delicious and packed with flavor, and I did not get glutened. Celiac safe and delicious Indian food!

I'm gluten free and was hungry for a burger while visiting family in Canon City. The GF bun is really good here! We ordered to take home, but the service we did get was fast and friendly.

Love love love!! I stopped in and ordered a coffee to go. I had planned on ordering a hot latte with no flavor but when I found out their syrups are all made in house I jumped at the chance to try them! I added a bit of vanilla and a bit of lavender to my latte. It was incredible. The quality of espresso is great. (They roast their own beans) The milk was steamed to perfection. The latte art was beautifully poured. I had a pleasant conversation with the barista while he made my latte. He mentioned that all the pastries are not only made in house but are also gluten and dairy free. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The front windows let in natural light. I can’t wait to go back tomorrow!
