One of my favorite pizza spots in Denver. The detroit style is thick and fluffy and delicious, not too heavy. We get the small Brooklyn Bridge (4 pieces) and that + a salad to split is plenty enough for 2 people. The ricotta is my favorite part. Super nice staff - they can be busy because it's a smaller restaurant and popular, but we just put our names down and then go grab a drink at Rooted Craft American Kitchen next door - writings this is making me hungry, I can't wait for my next visit They have gluten free on the menu, and I love to see that as well!

If you have celiac and are missing flavorful ramen, this place is a MUST! Absolutely the best gluten free ramen I’ve ever had. Very accommodating to dietary restrictions without compromising taste. Highly recommend

Really enjoyed this casual lunch spot. We got the burger with gluten free bun and french fries. Both delicious and the GF bun was actually edible and enhanced the burger rather than drying it out. I look forward to trying some of their other offerings!

We had chicken vindaloo and chicken kadai. Both had excellent flavor with such tender chicken! Waitstaff excellent with a very nice atmosphere and lots of booth options. Space levels available on a 1 - 5 scale. Himalayan Spice has its own parking lot. A full bar is also available. Oh and most dishes are gluten free.

I love this place. The burgers are amazing and so are the fries. Like out of this world! It’s a true hole in the wall kind of place. They have a totally gluten-free menu as well and are well versed in Celiac. The owner is great, you can tell she works her butt off to make this place rock. The only thing I wish they had were milkshakes because I bet they’d make them taste excellent! Sometimes service is a bit slow, but nothing crazy or awful. They just get busy because it’s that good!
