Sadly, The Floribbean is no longer 100% GF. They are doing regular bread for sandwiches, and some sides contain gluten and are not kept separate from gluten free items.

Amazing vegan and gluten free options!
Visited for the first time today and had a truly wonderful experience! The food was stellar, the service was wonderful, and the ambiance it’s a beautiful spot with comfy seating! The vegan GF sushi was outstanding , nice portions and cannot wait to go back and try new rolls! Some of the best I’ve ever had!!! Thank you!
The food was really good, I don’t recommend the key lime pie unless you want a gluten free flavor crust. I got the tacos which were light and super flavorful! The drinks are great and the environment is so cute you wouldn’t realize where you are in Saint Pete!
I adore this little shop.
The atmosphere lends to any mood. Quaint and quiet enough to focus on work with strong wi-fi. They have cafe-style seating as well if you're looking for a more fun and social vibe. I know when I walk into Squeeze, I will be greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable person who truly cares about my well-being and that of our community. My daughter loves the lavender latte. I usually go for the Shroom Bloom with cashew milk. The cashew milk is made every day on the premises which I find to be a bonus. The Shroom Bloom is a fantastic alternative to coffee, but I quite often cheat and add a shot of espresso! Today was hot outside and I considered ordering another go-to of mine The Full Metal Smoothie, but I was starving, so I tried the Kale Pesto toastie with the Body Electrolyte drink from the juice cooler and I was not disappointed!! The toastie was served on locally made sourdough bread (They also offer gluten-free!) and the body electrolyte cured my headache. I will continue to frequent this little gem and refer all of my friends and family. Thank you ladies of Squeeze! 😘
Update 6.12.25
Great coffee (the drip is fruity and does not disappoint). Bagels are top notch. I can't stop getting the Original (Lox, capers, pickled onions etc). All employees seem to love their job and there is a good vibe. Indoor and outdoor space. There's a reason this place gets so much business. My pic is at 10am on a Thursday. Most times near breakfast and lunch every seat is near full.

Coffee is better than most places around town except high end such as Bandit or Craft.
Atmosphere is excellent with ample space and an outdoor area.
Service and staff are unique in their care and excitement to serve. Rare.
Definitely worth coming back over and over.
A gluten free option would make this place more approachable for some but it probably doesn't fit their business model. That is ok.
I have celiac disease. My experience at this restaurant was very positive! The staff were accommodating and the food had lots of flavor! Lots of drink options as well.
Love them taters! Tonight's specials: Wake n Baked potato was amazing, corned beef gravy is my new favorite gravy! Pizza stuffed, on point, just like eating a slice of zaaaah but gluten free! Can't wait for next time!
I’ve been here many times, anyways consistently good desserts. They are vegan but not gluten free. The donut shop is a couple doors down and has limited hours. They are only open Thursday to Sunday. The pistachio brookie with rose frosting was so good and chewy.
This was a nice gelato place. They had a couple of dairy-free options but probably could use a few more. The people there were relatively nice, but it was busy. One of the best things about this place is the seating by the street outside. There's a lot of competitive ice cream places So not sure if I'll come back there but I will Stop by at some point and see if they've added any more gluten-free or dairy-free options. In today's market, having digestive friendly options is a must to bring people back.
Coffee is great. I gave it a 3 because the non-vegetarian food should have some vegetables. Consider creating more balanced plates. They have gluten-free options.
