Bread Basket is always one of my first stops when I am in Bonners Ferry. Their donuts and fry pies are to die for. But their sandwiches and breakfast burritos are also really good. I would recommend the huckleberry fry pie or the maple donut. My wife enjoys their gluten free lemon poppy seed bread. Their prices are also very good. Go earlier in the morning to make sure you have great options. If not they sell out of stuff.

Best pizza in town! Fresh ingredients, very kind staff! Very welcoming! Try the Sasquatch or the goat mountain, two of my favorites! They also offer gluten free crust.

Always so nice and friendly! They always get our big order right the first time with all the different milks and they almost always have gluten free for great hot sandwiches! It's our little tradition to stop once a week for lunch or breakfast should we have to make our weekly trip to Bonners that early and we love it!!! Proof of the good food, great drinks, and awesome service is the line we happily wait in!!! Thank you gals for your hard work!!!

Love, love, love this Bistro!! They have lots of gift ideas and quality second-hand items in the downstairs portion of the store. The staff are just a pure delight to converse with. I’ll make the assumption that all the breads and baked goods are as good as what Inhad and tell you that you need to get on over to The Gathering Place. Why pay for a “specialty” bread at Safeway when you can get a home made loaf right here! With some in, take out, or take and bake options this place has you covered. Oh ya, gluten free options too!!!
