FAVORITE place in the valley. I come here all the time and the food is so good. Being gluten and dairy free is hard but Glow makes it taste yummy :) Also, the staff is amazing! Joanna is the absolute sweetest and her energy is the best.
4 of us stopped by and grabbed both breakfast and lunch. Everything was fantastic. The gluten free wraps were so good we had to double check that they were really gluten free.
Seemed like we visited here every day when we were in Ketchum. I have celiac and they carry a wonderful number of gluten-free items. Their butcher counter, the fresh fruit and vegetables are fabulous.
I enjoyed my takeout pizza from here — quick turn around time and they have gluten free crusts (and they’re good!).
I can’t speak to the atmosphere since I didn’t dine in. But I’d order from them again!!
The food here is surprisingly good and made with quality ingredients. I love that they often have gluten free and dairy free options at the soup bar. The pizza is weirdly good. The cookies are amazing and made with simple, whole food ingredients. I highly recommend the bison chili. Plus, during the winter season they have Apres vibes featuring a rotation of local and regional musicians. The end of season party is also epic!
I wish I'd taken pictures. I've had lots of biscuits and gravy in my days but this was very possibly the best. It hit all the marks. Meaty gravy with the perfect balance of herbs and butter. Biscuit had substance but still tender. My table mate said it was excellent gluten free bread.
Wow! This place was pretty good. We had just went camping and were looking for some hot food to eat on the way back and ended up here at the Kneadery. They seem to have plenty of options for someone like me who can’t eat gluten :) the gluten free grilled cheese is awesome and came with the best tomato soup I’ve ever had ! The server was super friendly although we didn’t see her much, but I don’t mind not being bothered much while eating. They did always make sure we had water at the table though which was perfect!
I went here twice while visiting Sun Valley and was not disappointed! Good coffee, especially oat milk cappuccinos and great pastries, including gluten free items from Three Peas GF bakery. The holiday muffin was cranberry orange and so freaking delicious. I also had the breakfast sandwich on a nice buttery croissant that was pretty good!
