They have great options for gluten free (including crepes!), friendly service, good prices, and close to the freeway! Really enjoyed this nice little diner, reminded me of diners when I was a kid.
This food is SO GOOOD! It's so nice to find a healthy and delicious place- also gluten free and has vegan options! I love it. Please open one in Liberty Lake next!! haha :D

The gluten free bread is delicious and their sauces are 10/10!! Great local lunch spot.
The server was very nice and responsive. The special, sea bass risotto was very good. The Greek plate was sloppily plated and not very good.
Get something with garlic! Almost all items are gluten free.
We have dined here 3 times recently and have enjoyed our food. However, I have been given not what I ordered twice.
And the whole place needs a really good scrubbing. The bathrooms are grubby and could benefit from a sign asking for patrons to put the toilet seat down. And a sign to identify the blue liquid.
The curtains, lights and trim work need to be cleaned.
However, we really enjoy the food!
Sugar fix is such a cute little shop surrounded by food trucks in post falls Idaho . The owners are so kinda and have great recommendations. The gluten free oatmeal coconut chocolate chip cookies are amazing their classic pink sugar cookie is another favorite. The lemonade (D’licious) is so refreshing 🍋 🥤 their purées are so fresh. Go make your creation today! 😃

I ordered for the first time a full-size gluten free key lime pie from Birdie's Pie Shop today, for a friend’s birthday. She let me try a piece of pie for lunch. Wow, was that good, is all I can say, fantastic. I recommend Birdie's Pie Shop to anyone looking for the best pie’s ever.
It was worth the try! I would like to come back here and try more things off their menu. They offer gluten- free options like GF bread for sandwiches/burgers and GF fries. We were told they also have GF cupcakes but unfortunately they were out at the time. The service was really friendly and willing to answer/find answers to any questions we had :)
Our first time here and it was absolutely 5 star in all categories. I wish I would have asked the name of the bartender/server/fountain of helpful knowledge about their menu and Gluten Free foods. I have Celiac Disease so sometimes makes it difficult to eat out. The Pork Belly bites for an appetizer I can’t say enough about and my Republic Bowl with grilled chicken left me wanting to go back again tonight! We will be back 🧡
Great food, better service...gluten free friendly eats, and never disappoints! The Chile relleno is really good in combos, and their shrimp fajitas are great too! Perfect place for a meal to fill you up!
Our first time, I tried to sign up for a rewards account and the gal working did not know how to sign me up… the kiosk asked for a rewards card number, which I did not have… I wonder how I put todays order and not a rewards account? How do I sign up?
** UPDATE: Michael the manager is amazing!!! He was out making deliveries but came right out to me as soon as he got back. Apologized. Added my bill to my newly created account, explained it to me. Was gracious, humble and so easy to talk to! He offered a free desert to my and my family since it was our first time in, since we were gluten free and couldn’t have any of them he came right back out with a signed ticket for a free gluten free pizza on the house!!!! Wow. Above and beyond. I looooved the wings. And ten GF crust was one of the better ones I have had. I am changing to 5 stars, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
This is really good food. We all four had something different and everything was so good. I have to eat gluten free and their gluten free bun was so good!
Friendly Islands Grill catered our daughter's birthday party. They provided their BBQ chicken (regular and gluten free) and a huge batch of 'Otai drink. It was absolutely amazing!! The chicken was very delicious and a huge crowd pleaser! We had plenty for everyone and then some! They were so easy to work with! 100% recommend!
Drinks are pretty goood. I personally LOVE chai ans the chai here was WAY too surepy for me. BUT you NEED to try the lotus with boba :) . I personally like the White peach boba with strawberry popping pearls. AND the boba is gluten free!
What an absolutely wonderful experience! The atmosphere is whimsical and charming and just lovely. The service was fantastic with a sprinkling of history. The hats offered to wear make for an even more memorable time. The food- outstanding! The tea- divine. Thank you La Tea Da for the joyous time with my mother and sisters. We’ll be back!

India House Authentic Cuisine in Post Falls is a true gem! The food tasted just as amazing as what I had when visiting India. I ordered the chicken biryani, and it was absolutely delicious—gluten- and dairy-free but definitely not flavor-free!
The restaurant itself is spotless and modern, including the bathroom, which is always a plus. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. Our food arrived quickly, and I appreciated the relaxed atmosphere—it wasn’t too crowded or noisy, which made for a very enjoyable meal.
I highly recommend India House to anyone looking for authentic Indian food in a welcoming and clean environment. I’ll definitely be back!
Very clean little bakery, fast service, and overall very welcoming. I got a chai tea with coconut milk and it was delicious! I also had an açaí bowl and it was okay, but it tasted more like I was eating a bowl of jam. My suggestion would be that they blend their açaí with ripe bananas and not what else they are using, it was way too sweet. I also hope that they will be the first place to start baking gluten free with all natural sweeteners in the area. I’m so tired of our area having coffee shops with no healthy pastries.
Ten times better than Spokane and I don’t have to drive 45 minutes to get my favorite food 😍
They handled my gluten allergy (celiac) amazingly and the brisket was delicious! TAKE MY MONEY!!
