I had an issue after asking for a gluten free bun for my sandwich. I spoke with Ms. Flor and she apologized and immediately set me up to receive a new order at my convenience. I was even able to go to the drive thru to pick up the order.
They gave wrong information on which items were gluten free. It seems the staff don't know, in person they told us the Mac and cheese was gluten free as was the chicken. We had our doubts and called later to confirm. The 2nd person we talked to was more helpful, but still not very clear in her communication. I got off the phone confused. They need to take this more seriously and label their items in their menu, online as well. As a gluten free vegan for medical reasons, I do not feel comfortable getting food there. My husband and daughter liked their food.
