Food is fine, not stellar but definitely but not bad. Average hipster-level diner food, which is fine in my book. Very VERY few gluten-free options. The best part is the venue itself. A cute little old diner car with really cool wallpaper and authentic booths, etc. The worst part- the server dudebro who is bordering on disrespectful- just strangely blunt. This was the 3rd time we went and his weirdness has been consistent. I don’t like complaining about service usually, I know people need work and being in the service industry isn’t making wait staff wealthy, but it’s like this dude has no self awareness. It detracts from the experience.

I had a great experience at Toasted! The Italian Fruit toast was amazing and the service was excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that all my needs were met. I have a gluten allergy, but the gluten-free options were just as delicious and did not impact the taste one bit! The ambiance of the place was cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing meal. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Toasted to anyone looking for a great experience. :)

Excellent Pizza - Detroit style is the bomb! I got a gluten free pizza tonight for my celiac daughter and forgot to ask if the garlic parm sauce is gluten free! I dont know if she should eat it and she was so excited!!

This is a high finesse restaurant. I arrived complete with two requirements: gluten free (of the Celiac variety) and vegetarian. They made me gluten free gnocci in a "meat" sauce using Impossible Burger. It was unbelievable. What a chef to come up with this on the spot. Best thing I have had in many years. Service was great. Everyone at the table eating more traditional entrees was happy. Also, it's quiet. You can have a conversation. Amazing place. Easily the best restaurant in Buffalo.
