Hello there ! .. We just loved this restaurant since we found out that they serve gluten-free food here.
My grandbaby cannot have gluten .... So happy we found this restaurant... we go to this restaurant Every chance we get she loves it so much.
That now it's her favorite ❤️..I just wish sometimes they give extra rice because my baby loves her rice and beans
And the atmosphere is very pleasant and so is the service .. thank you guys God bless...
This is my favorite casual gluten free breakfast in Brooklyn. The staff is aware of allergies, the gf pancakes are so solid, and there are so many options. Everything is good and there is a real sense of nutritional intentionality behind the menu. I have celiacs and have never gotten sick here, even while ordering it online for
Delivery.
The knockout tea is truly medicinal. Everyone loves this places.
Incredible flavors!! We got the Dulet, the Mercato Platter, the Potato Beet salad, a side of potato hash, and for dessert, the Tiramisu and the Coconut Leche and everything was AMAZING! Tons of gluten free options to choose from even though I was disappointed there was no gluten free injera… forgot about that once all the food came. Delicious! I’ll be back
I wish I could do a 4.7… Bagel Pub is the only time I eat a bagel. House made products from bagels to the smoothies. Gluten free options! My only thing is way too much cream cheese for me. Might be great for others, but too much for me. If you don’t like cream cheese, ask for less. Otherwise! This place is great! Excellent breakfast or brunch. Employees are kind. Extremely busy, but there are tables outside.
I ordered Fresh Lox #4 w/o jalapeños on a garlic bagel. Peanut butter banana smoothie. Soooo good!
The food here is delicious and the atmosphere is chill. It’s always full but not packed and the staff is so friendly! As a gluten free person, there aren’t a ton of options but the options that exist are delicious and they always ask about allergies, which is nice.

I have celiacs and I went here for brunch. It was a suggestion that everyone was excited about. There were plenty of gluten free options ans everything was delicious.
The chicken arepa and the sweet plantains I had were absolutely delicious. My server, named Chris, was as sweet as could be and made sure to check with the kitchen that everything I was ordering was gluten free when I asked. He also offered me other accommodations and changes when I mentioned I can't really have much dairy, either. I spent a long time lingering at an outdoor table on a lovely evening and didn't feel rushed out. Prices felt fair for portion size and quality. Will definitely be back.
The food was ah-mazing. We all loved everything we ordered. The plating and presentation was simple and yummy looking. The portions are generous. I wish there were a few more gluten-free items.
Great quacamole… but I really wish they didn’t have cross contamination with gluten in their fryer 😭 I’m feeling it days later. Tacos were pretty good. My favorites are the cactus and beef tacos and the green aqua fresca
I eat all kinds of pizza! Dairy, non-dairy, gluten, gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, toppings, plain: I actually crave Screamers. Their toppings are always fun and inventive and has the classic NY crust and ingredient proportions so it tastes and holds so much like a regular slice. Same with regular pizza, I will also eat this unheated- it's that good. I also really appreciate the atmosphere here: people with dietary restrictions can have that same local pizza place experience without it feeling crunchy granola. How's this for a review: We got multiple pies delivered to our wedding for an evening snack! 😂
Some of the best vegan dishes I've ever had. The flavors, the AROMA. SMACKING. The freshness!!!! I'm in love. As soon as I opened my entree/Ital Stew+Chicken Curry (also gluten free) with side veggies, it looked and smelled amazing. I dont think my picture does it justice but the dish smelled so good I had to eat immediately. Each side dish was fresh and flavorful, and balanced out so well! The vegan chicken is juicy and so well seasoned. Looking forward to dining in next time. They have a beautiful patio in the back with alot of open sky. I got the large platter it was indeed LARGE. I'd say as a vegan, my belly and soul are both finally fed right. I wish this business so much success!
Sebastien & Antonia are great! We were able to try ALL the wines and had a blast! We were there for 5 hours. Sebastien remembered my sister and I from the weekend prior. He greeted us, was super accommodating, and great vibe! Looking forward to another night at the bar.
BONUS: they played Hip Hop (Kendrick) and had gluten free crackers 🤗
You don’t have to love eggs to love Little Egg. Some of my faves include brioche French toast soaked in nutmeg custard (so yummy I literally dream about it), deliciously fluffy pancakes (with a gluten-free option) and their unique sandwiches, including a spring veggie sandwich and hot ham sandwich with homemade pimento cheese.
Now if you do love eggs, Little Egg is next level. Check out Eggs Rothko, an international favorite, the Grafton cheddar cheese French-rolled omelette and the Egg Katsu Sando, another original. And do leave room for dessert because the pastries are out of this world.
Luanne’s is one of the best vegetarian restaurants in town. I have loved everything I have ever ordered there. the food is so delicious and flavorful. I go with my gluten free friend and she loves the options she is given as well! the ginger ale is DELICIOUS. all of the noodle options are so yummy, my favorite is the ginger miso ramen.
I love this place and wish I had known about it sooner. Their guacamole is delicious, and I’m a fan of the brunch menu, especially the flautas and aguas frescas. It’s vegetarian friendly and seems pretty easy to find gluten-free options. You can usually ask for dishes without dairy if you’re dairy-free. Colorful interior, friendly staff, and a great location near the Brooklyn Museum and botanic garden.
Small hole in the wall place with great atmosphere and cute dining. The staff are beyond kind, really generous with their attention, and deeply knowledgeable, very much worth talking to. The food is really good, and the wine selection is truly impressive. Outdoor dining is also available, and the staff was very pet friendly during my time there, bringing water out to dogs unasked. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cute place to get top notch Italian.
My one warning is that their only egg free pasta is also gluten free. So if you are vegan and/or have an egg allergy make sure you're looking for non-pasta options. If they were to get a non-egg pasta this would easily become my favorite Italian place in the city.
Nestled in the heart of Crown Heights, Kingstown Cafe & Wine Bar offers a delightful retreat from city life. The white Kenyan tea is delicious, and the gluten free lemon pound cake is delectable. The ambiance is perfect, with cozy seating and soft lighting. The service is impeccable, with attentive staff and the owner's personal touch. I was surprised at how affordable the prices are. I will certainly be back!
This place is awesome! You have to come and try the food here!! I cannot wait to try all of the types of fried rice they have!!! I can't wait to come back again! They also have gluten free items but be sure to ask 😉
Pleasant calm after work vibe
Great place for family, friends and meetings.
With two floors of amazing decor .
Attentive and assuring staff
Great Drink menu, I especially favored the mocktail menu as it is that season to take a break
The food menu looks delectable with gluten free options. I took the liberty of ordering the Cesar salad with Italian dressing on the side.
I found it fun to dress it myself. So I get to decide how much ingredients I want on my Cesar salad.
I've been dying to try this restaurant the next time I came home and it was AMAZING!!! The food was out of this world! Super flavorful! Cayel and Fritz walked us through the menu and made great recommendations. Thank you guys for having vegan and gluten-free options. This allows me to enjoy my culture again! I had the vegan griot that was perfectly fried and that green sauce was perfectly paired. My friend had the shrimp and ended up drinking the sauce from the bowl cause it was so good! Thank you again guys!
Great tacos! Would love to see some vegan protein options (e.g. tofu Al pastor) and some gluten free options on the American diner good menu for the wraps and sandwiches and toast
We went to Mayfield for a New Years Eve dinner and had a fabulous evening. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier and more attentive - the food was delicious. I had the trout with fingerling as I’m celiac - they were also very good at understanding the challenges of cross-contamination etc. Nd finally the atmosphere was very warm, convivial and festive. Will definitely return!
Lived across from here for 6 months and it's the best food ever. imo the curry chicken is the best, but the barbecue and jerk are so good too! Also the drinks are super tasty, especially the mauby and peanut juice. Anyway this is from the perspective of a white guy who had never had Jamaican food before lol
Also great to get a gluten free gf
