First time dining at Enoteca Maria and was not disappointed. The nonna's on this evening were from Mexico and Japan and of course there were the house Italian dishes. The food was incredibly flavourful and the portion size was generous. I loved the intimate atmosphere and the friendly attentive service made you feel as though you were a visitor in someone's home. The restaurant was also accommodating for anyone who requires a gluten free meal. Highly recommend.

Gluten free hand tossed pizza and red velvet cake. Amazing service by all of the staff. Thank you Ungaro! The crust was so good on the regular pies and my daughter loved the gluten free. The staff were very attentive and sweet to my small children who were very tired. Another place my little celiac can eat safely. We’ll be back!!!

Gluten free options galore! From pizza to garlic bread to burgers, I had plenty of options here. The gluten free pizza/ garlic bread crust was like no other that I have tasted- not the cookie cutter style which you could tell just came out of the freezer. This one was thin crust like a flatbread pizza. Plus the blue cheese and vodka sauce were all home made. Also, we got to meet the owner and he was incredibly hospitable and appreciative of our business. Will definitely be coming back.

If I could give it more than 5 stars I would! My family (including kids and grandparents) had just crossed the Staten Island ferry and were hungry so we decided to try this place, which was just across a couple streets from the ferry terminal on Staten Island. I have 2 children who need to eat gluten free due to Celiac disease. We came in the afternoon and they were serving the lunch menu, which was a great price, and at least two of their options were gluten free. The host helped us choose our perfect meals, which were served quickly after ordering. We were able to all sit together at a big table since we were almost the only ones there at the time. The portions were just what we needed for our biggest meal that day and SO delicious!! We all agreed that this was probably the best Thai food we had ever eaten. If we ever visit again this will be on our list of places to eat.

On the island there is a bagel store on almost every corner. Not only was this the best bagel that I have had. The owner was there. You can hear and see the passion about his product. My daughter was blown away that her everything bagel was seeded on both sides. The bacan egg and cheese were big and hefty. My wife got a gluten free bagel and said it was awesome. Great local pub that doesn’t make you feel out of place or “foreign”. I came here on a Friday night when it was busy but the bartender was still extremely welcoming, friendly and hospitable. Drinks were extremely affordable and the facility was very clean. Plus it has MV pizza next door, which has great gluten free options. Highly recommend.

Got seated right away, very reasonably priced endless options for AYCE. Added bonus side bar for dipping sauces, kimchis, sushi, flavored oils.. just everything you need and more for BBQ👏👏 gluten free friendly, too!!
